  Mom has lived at TerraBella Little Avenue for almost 3 years and I can honestly say the experience has been great. First and foremost the staff/caregivers are loving, attentive and compassionate. They work as a team and the care is wonderful. The facility is clean, bright and cheerful. There are numerous activities including exercise class, concerts, bingo, art, church services, outings, etc. I researched, then visited 14 senior living facilities before moving mom to TerraBella. One of the best decisions I've ever had to make.

  My Mom and Dad have been at Terra Bella for a year and I couldn’t be happier. They are able to be together, which is so important for them. They are much more engaged in activities than they had been in the past; there is always something available for them to do. All of the staff … caregivers, directors, support, etc. work extremely hard to create a safe, loving, environment: they feel like family!

  My mom has been at TerraBella (formerly Elmcroft) for 4 years (2018). She started in Assisted Living and moved seamlessly to Memory Care a year later. The staff has always lovingly cared for Mom, even through the 13 months I was unable to visit her due to COVID. Mom is always clean, safe and cared for in a loving manner. The same Executive Director has been there Mom’s entire stay and she works tirelessly to meet the needs of the residents and staff. Many staffers have been there a long time (a few have been there decades!) and have a passion for working with seniors. I highly recommend TerraBella for your loved one.

  Terra Bella has been a wonderful experience for our mom. The staff that cares for her are engaging and make our mom feel special. They joke with her and make her laugh. They treat her with kindness and encourage her to participate in activities.

  We visited many facilities for our dear mother, and in the end we realized we were looking for perfection. No place will ever be "perfect," but we were so happy we decided on Elmcroft, because it became the perfect place for our mom. She had a lot of difficulty adjusting, but the staff kept encouraging us to hang in there. They knew what there were doing! And it wasn't long before Mom was at home, and genuinely happier than she ever was in her previous residence where she spent all her time alone in her room. At Elmcroft, she made friends and felt needed. She was only there a few months before she went home to be with the Lord, but she was very happy during that time. God bless Elmcroft and all the staff--we are very grateful.
