  I bought two pickleball rackets here instead of going on Amazon, trying to support local businesses and hoping for service after the sale. My Wilson racket after being used 3 times broke at the handle. It hadn’t been dropped or hit against ground and even if it had it shouldn’t have broken like that. I went back to store to return for new one-2 weeks after purchase and with my receipt and they would not replace the racket. There was a small mark at top of racket so they said it was from scrapping ground which broke racket. They said they’d return it to Wilson to see if they’d replace and they’d call me when they heard anything. It’s now been 2 months and I’ve not had a return call. Not only did they NOT service what they sell they don’t even call a customer with status. So much for supporting local business and their service. Amazon would have taken it back!

  Bought two pickle ball paddles after talking with Lisa. Payed $260. Lisa was so very helpful in choosing what paddles might work for my wife and I . Suggested to try a few on inside court which we did and it definitely helped make our decision. Great asset to have such a happy knowledgeable friendly, associate .
  Such a different story when we went back to store and talked to Sue about price match. Very poor management skills and should be reminded that the way you make a customer feel is welcomed and like a guest no matter what they are back in for. I could’nt have been more patience and kind about the situation (Heck it was Christmas Eve ) was also in to buy more merchandise but decided not to after whole situation. Sue your not the owner don’t act like one and if I were owner I would certainly not want you on sales floor taking care of my potential sales. With all the online shopping I could have gotten it there without the headache you gave me .

  Would have given five star to Lisa great sales person very knowledgeable and not pushy knows her stuff!!! Very well stocked store and a court to test out paddlers. On another hand Sue poor customer service very rude star less👎🏼

  Best Tennis Store in Southwest Florida. Courtney, a sales associate, helped me out and made my shopping experience fantastic. I'm new at playing tennis and with her help I was more than ready for my first class. Really recommend it to all tennis players and anyone looking for the best quality products.
