Needed parts for my X320 but did not have the serial number which is necessary. I bought the mower in another state making it tougher to find the number in the system. Austin went out of his way to get it insuring I would get the right parts the first time along with some great maintenance information.

I purchased a John Deere X758 garden tractor during John Deeres 2019 Black Friday sale on line, the dealer in my area is Everglades Equipment group so I selected them on the John Deere web site and completed the order.

There was a minor issue where the transfer of the order from John Deere's web site to Everglades Equipment but when I called Everglades Equipment I spoke to a Mr. Walter Pratt and he asked if he could call me back in 20 minutes so he could locate where the order was as it did not transfer to their system. Within 20 minutes Mr. Pratt returned the call and had located the order and confirmed that the Black Friday pricing would be honored.

The X758 was ordered and came in within two weeks of being ordered, I went in and completed the paper work and because this all occurred around Christmas Day we made arrangements for the tractor to be delivered the day after Christmas.

Chris from Everglades Equipment Group arrived with the tractor as agreed and was very friendly and helpful as well as professional and answered any questions I had.

It was a pleasure dealing with Everglades Equipment Group as everyone was friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend Everglades Equipment Group for your John Deere equipment needs.

As for the John Deere X758 tractor, all I can say is I have mowed the lawn one time so far as I just received the tractor today and this is one awesome tractor that has the ability to grow as needed.

Even though the bill was $40. More than first quoted when the repair was done, I believe that it was human error. Very, very nice men in the service department and went out of their way to please me and assisted me to my car, carried the heavy item and even loaded it into my car for me. Workers came through the office and were just as helpful and professional and courteous. 5 stars for their honest demeanor, help and a job well done!!! A pleasant experience for sure.

I received a letter notifying me of a transmission recall for my John Deere D105.. I called Everglades Farm Equipment in Ft. Meyers, and they took my information. On November 10, Lisa called me to ask if they could come to North Port and pick it up on Monday the 13th. ( I have to say I was quite surprised I was not expected to bring it there myself!) However "Shorty" arrive right on time and picked it up, (Nice guy!)
Lisa called me on the 15th to ask if they could return it the following day. (11-16) .. and sure enough Shorty arrived at 10:30 and returned it!!

This has been the very best recall process I have ever had! Everyone was very professional and pleasant! That's the way it should be!!

Buy a John Deere for the reputation and quality, but, buy it at Evergaldes Equipment because after the sale, the service dept. will be who you will deal with. Mr. Clark is the service manager, he and his crew will bend over backwards to handle any issue you may have and do it with speed and professionalism not seen these days. I Stopped in to purchase a new tractor. While looking around Walter came out to greet me and to assist me in finding a tractor that would hold to my farming needs. I found him to be interested in hearing my needs and knowledgeable on which tractor would be best. Once I decided to purchase he and the finance lady Olivia made the buying process fast and hassle free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lawnmower to an earth movers. Stopped in to get my tractor serviced and while I was there decided to look around at newer models. Walter helped find a tractor that suited my needs. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
