Both my parents went to this office for decades. I'm leaving
No kaiser and I called for an appt the lady was so rude to me. She said I jus5 called and she alread6 said no appt without a referral. I said I never spoke to you in my life. She called me a liar. I told her kaiser does not refer to drs out of kaiser. She said that is too bad then. I said again both my parents went there for decades and I'm actually worse off then they are I just need to see the dr. Her reply was I am hanging up on you now and she did. I've never written a bad review in my life . I don't believe in them. But I'm in severe chronic pain I wanted to se the same dr that my parents saw and I was hung up on. This woman should not be allowed to deal with patients. If she worked for me while I was a Nordstrom buyer she would have been fired if I saw here speak to a customer this way. She called me a liar and hung up on me.what a terrible human beingresponse / report this review -

If you want quality care with respect, professionalism, kindness and results this is the best place to go. I have had this chronic pain since 2007 and have been seen by several doctors in different disciplines but by far this pain management office has improved my condition as well as improved my daily life. I will be grateful forever. Thank you 😊

My Injurys are numerous. Missing right eye, prosthetic Jaw, 149 screws, 48 plates. I'm sick of the airport jokes! (Lol) prosthetic forehead etc. Yes I'm in Pain. Going on 8 years still flared up from my Motorcycle accident. With the blessing of God, I am still here. Only after 2 months of coming here my Doctor named Ken made an adjustment to my med's, and nailed it. As fellow chronic Pain people know your life is now on a 24 hour battle with the edge of the insanity of pain. Never getting more than 3 or 4 hours of sleep from the Pain. Well last night I went to bed at 10 pm and woke this morning at 6 am. 8 full Hours of non-interrupted sleep. And woke up with out the familiar intense pain that haunts my Mornings. I feel like a normal person. Thank you Ken and staff for improving my quality of Life, I'm eternally grateful. There very proffesional and courteous. I consider myself an expert pain patient with 10 major operations under my belt. This is by far best pain clinic i'ver ever been too. In today's word's my Doctor is Very Awesome. Thank you Temecula Pain Clinic for improving my Quality of Life!

After seeing another doctor for pain management for 4 years I finally switched. I have never felt so hopeful about the procedures they have done and will do to help me manage my pain. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen for my appointment and the doc is already in the room waiting for me! Front desk lady is a bit abrubt but the doc and nurses are really nice.

They don't do anything to try and correct the issues to why you have pain. It's basically a legal drug dispensary, keep you addicted so you come back every month and they can bill your insurance.
