Very unprofessional.I had to leave and go to Moreno Valley quest on Heacock st where I actually got service from a friendly staff in and out in no time! and not one person was rude to me.like this place was. The worst service and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.certainly worth the drive to go to MV instead. Do not recommend anyone coming here.

I have always made an appointment before going to have lab work done and have never waited more than about three minutes or so!! The employees are always very professional and kind to me upon entering the lab. Almost every time I have blood drawn, and I go often since I am diabetic, the person drawing it is very good and I always tell them so. I know this sounds different from some of the reviews I read, but I just always have been treated well and I think you should know that it is not always a horror story. I no longer dread going to give blood anymore😊

They act like they have so much work when the patients are waiting forever. Everybody with the exception of one staff member are rude and seemed like they were bothered to deal with the patients. This needs to be addressed and resolved

Every time I go in there is an issue with staff loosing paperwork. Every time I call the staff is rude and rushed. Most often the staff can be found sitting around. I have had to return because half of my labs were missed during my visit. I have been turned away because the staff wanted to take an early lunch. I just find this location to be very unprofessional. I only placed a good review apposed to poor because there may be an employee that actually cares and has a good work ethic. So to be fair only most of the staff are rude and lazy.
