Astonishly disappponted at the level of customer service. Came in an ordered a cherrynana smoothie I have ordered several times before. This time it tasted like a banana smoothie so I asked if they could blend in more cherries. The girl behind the counter said no, but you can buy another one. I thought she was joking. She went on to say "We don't give refunds". I told her I don't want a refund, I love this smoothie. It just taste more on the banana side today. I ordered this several times and it has a great cherry flavor! The girl said "I made it right, i'd have to call the owner at home to ask her if I could remake it for you". She pointed to the front and said "their should be a sign posted out there". I then asked "Really? if a customer isn't satisfied with your product you're not allowed to remake it for them?" She said no.
Long story short they had to call the owner at home to ask if I could have more cherries?? after a bit of back-and-forth they were then allowed to remake my smoothie. Not before telling me next time ask for less banana. Seriously I just got lectured on the smoothie I've ordered several times before and been very happy with? Just very disappointed in the level of customer service. Unnecessary hoops and hurdles for a smoothie.
Sad, I really liked that place, guess I will have to find a new smoothie place.response / report this review -

My daughter and I accidentally found this place and was HIGHLY impressed! I am Vegan and haven't had a frozen yogurt in 2016. Was so pleasantly surprised at the flavor of their Vegan yogurt and can't wait to tell the Vegan world about this place. Plus their customer service was a 10.

I love their yogurt and go there frequently. However, the last two times I went there it was freezing cold inside. They keep the front door propped open with a sign and the inside of the store is as cold as the outside and the wind is rushing in. The customers were all huddled at the tables to the right of the door and actually moved tables to get away from the wind coming in the door. I asked if we could close the door and they were reluctant saying they are supposed to leave it open. Who decided that? People eating cold yogurt in a freezing cold store? What other stores prop their door open when it's 40 degrees outside? Tonight, 12/28/15 pouring rain and cold. I went into get a yogurt and the door was again standing wide open. The people behind me in line mentioned how cold it was in there and they decided to leave. I love this place but who ever told them to always keep the door propped open needs to rethink that.
