This dealer is a joke they sell customers with not so perfect credit scores who are in need of a vehicle and get suckered into buying a high milage vehicle that is way over priced by thousands just because you need a vehicle and don't have perfect credit don't get suckered into a over priced vehicle with a high interest ratedo your research look online and compare prices go to kbb dot com and get a idea always get a car fax as well.
This dealer takes advantage of some many struggling people it amazes me they can sleep at night knowing there ripping there customers off thousands.there tools

I traded my truck to upgrade. Pretty happy with the truck. It began having issues and they took it in to figure it out. Greatful for that.

My husband and I live 40 miles away and it was absolutely worth the drive! We looked at a 2014 Ford Fiesta and didn't feel pressured at all, they weren't watching our every move as we looked over the car. There is no judgement and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. We dealt with Sammy and going through the paper work wasn't stressful at all, we were sold a quality vehicle for a great price. They even filled our tank for the drive home! They are amazing people and if we need another vehicle in the future they will be the first place we go!

I got online and looked at a few trucks and I came across a 99 Dodge Ram cummins and loved the way it looked so I came out to team ray to check it out and drive it and it was a awesome truck. Well I'm married with 2 little girls so a huge extended cab truck like that wasn't practical for me. I drove the truck back to the dealer and told Kim that this truck wouldn't work for me and I asked her if there was anyway to get a newer one but a quad cab and she told me "let me get ahold of a few people and see what I can do. I'm sure I can find you something that you will love!" And I said ok. That same day she found a truck and she sent me a message about 20 minutes after I left saying she found thee truck and I was like ok well send me a picture so she did and it was thee truck. With in 3 days the truck was picked up by 2 guys from team down in southern pa and they brought it back to team ray, they inspected everything and brought the truck to me that same day. Kim and team ray went way out of there way to get me my dream truck and it's exactly what I wanted and I can't thank them enough. The best customer service I have ever had at a dealership! Awesome job team ray!!!

Team Ray Sucks! I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.9 Cummins in it from them. I had the truck for about a month and then things just started falling apart. Lights coming on, injectors failing, tie rods nearly coming apart, pinion bearing had a 1/4 inch of play show up in it, and the axle bearings were junk. They're mechanics must suck too. Bottom line in don't buy anything from them! Save your money and buy a good vehicle else wear! And they're extremely over priced for what you're getting.

Awesome Dealership.
You don't get the typical, slimy car salesman deal here.
They went above and beyond to help me get a vehicle.
Few weeks after I took my truck home, I had an issue. These guys towed me back the the shop and fixed it for nothing other than the cost of the part. Mind you this was with NO-WARRANTY ! They didn't have to, but they went ahead and helped me out anyway.
I've been to a lot of dealerships in my life.
Team Ray is #1 in my book. I'll never go anywhere else.response / report this review
