In a literal sense, the constomer service is extremely poor, and the competency of some employees as well as the acting female manager who backs them even when their knowledge of their job is limited. I spent well over $1200.00 and was told on my arrival that the works I ordered could no longer be done. This is after dealing with them for two weeks. This particular establishment is very unprofessional and lacks the necessary skills needwd in this industry. I "would not recommend " Team Nutz, on liberty road to even my worse enemy. BE Aware of Bad Service from this place

Great service with very friendly employees!! You can tell it is a family owned and run business, because of the great atmosphere. I was told 3 to 4 hours and it was done exactly in that time. Service tech explained perfectly how to use the installed DVD system, then helped me install my sideview mirror when he had seen I was having trouble with it myself. Highly Recommend!!!!

Castle Shannon just put an in-dash GPS, new receiver, SiriusXM, new speakers and back-up camera in my 1993 Corvette. Looks almost factory. Quite happy. Tom is certainly a professional.

I had to change my review based on the professionalism that Mike showed today. My boyfriend John was quite upset with the work that was done on his truck Monday. But Mike made it right!
John was very happy with his truck and the workmanship from Team Nutz.
Several of his co workers visited the shop and they were impressed with the work done. A couple of the guys may bring their vehicles in for work detailing to window tinting. Thank you Mike!!

This place has the best prices around and they get the job done in the time amount said. I went in to take my white ,Suzuki Kizashi 2011, to get it tinted. They said three hours and it was exactly three hours. Don't even waste time looking around, this place is the best with their prices and the ease of everything.
