I have worked in Customer Service for the last 20 years and are highly aware of all sorts of customer complaints. Team Kia in Johnstown is a textbook example of how a customer SHOULD be treated. A large part of the satisfaction with my recent buying experience has to do with how we were handled by Mark Nagy. Mark was particularly attentive to our needs. We knew what we wanted and he gave it to us without a lot of upselling or run around. Straight forward with the price and SUPER attentive to our schedules and needs. Rob Dale in finance also was a joy to work with. Next vehicle DEFINITELY from these guys. I HIGHLY recommend Mark and the whole Team.

Jess was super helpful and very friendly. Very happy with the car that I chose. This was my first ever time going through a dealership for a car and she answered all of the questions I had, no matter how silly they seemed. Will definitely return in the future and will recommend this dealership to others!

Great car purchase experience. Salesman Mark Nagy was friendly and professional. Good price with nothing hidden and no pushing the extras. We have two Kia's. I like the car and the dealer.

Service department is lousy. I've had a couple issues over the years. First time I purchased a cargo net. They were supposed to call when it arrived but never did. I had to call them and found out it came in the week before. Second time we took our vehicle for it's inspection and they said it needed a couple things fixed even though we only purchased the vehicle 6 months prior from Team Kia. Third, they didn't tell me beforehand to empty my glove box for a recall. I would have been glad to do it at home instead having to walk back outside in the cold with a baby and toddler. Last, they told different versions for required repairs and when it will be complete. Being told originally it will take a week is fine but then telling me it will 2 weeks to a month isn't. The manager doesn't listen/care. At the end of the conversation I asked him to explain why I'm mad. He couldn't answer because he wasn't paying attention. My family loves our car but I don't know if we will purchase anymore from Team Kia.

Free wash and a ride wherever you need to go during an inspection, plus a lovely waiting area with TV, phone chargers, snacks, drinks and more. That's amazing.

My wife and I just purchased a new KIA Forte 5. We love the car !!! Our salesman "Mark Nagy" was fantastic ! - without a doubt the best sales consultant we've ever dealt with. Dennis Bloom was equally helpful. No playing - let"s make a deal the best price from the start. We will recommend friends !!!

I highly recommend you go somewhere else with your services. They are a giant rip off and have very poor customer service. Service department is rude and unhelpful. I bought my car from them and was loyal and always took it there for service every time they found a reason to fail my inspection and try and overcharge me for parts and labor. There service department is unknowledgable if there own brand had an issue with my car until the warranty ran out and they could never figure out the problem finally took it to autozone and someone there immediately told me what the problem was and fixed it. If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would that's how unsatisfying my experience has been.

Recently Bought a new Niro from Mark Nagy. He was the best sales guy I've ever dealt with. Down to earth and not a cornball. He didn't waste my time with the stupid games that the other dealers do. On top of that, his price was the best.

Great service. They offer to pick up your vehicle for servicing to make it easy for you. Always willing to go above and beyond. Every 3 oil changes you get a free one when you buy a vehicle there.
