Bought a new buggy here a few weeks ago sales team are pretty helpful and knowledgeable. They got a deal for me so I bought the unit. Took it back for first service to change oil, filters and check valve clearances. While I was there to pick up the buggy I asked how the valves looked they said they are perfect well within spec we checked them and there good. Little did they know I marked the valve cover bolts figuring they are charging people for valve adjustments and not actually doing the work and I was right after I got the buggy home I took plastic covers off and sure enough nothing was done with the valves. Called down and talked to them and they talked circles saying it only needs done if it's noisy. I guess that's how they check valve clearances by just listening to them. So buyers beware the service department is a joke. Charging people 3x the price for service work and never actually performing all the work, they actually do the easy stuff like the oil and filters then they will tell you that they do the valve work. Joke. I won't be back here for anything anymore that's for sure I made sure they knew that and they didn't care they got a sale out of me and it don't matter now.

Left and went to Morgantown to buy. Salesman isn't a salesman at all. We had cash in are hand and he left us walk out.
