These guys are great I was without the use of my propane system.they fixed it in less than 45 min. I was back on the road. Reasonable charges. If your RV needs work this is the place to go.

Imagine dry camping in a truck stop. Waking up ready to go and bedroom slide won't come in. After frantically trying to figure out what is wrong and getting nowhere, you seek help. Happy Camper was recommended to us by Somerset Travel Center truck stop. We called them and James and Jimmy were there very promptly. They fixed things we didn't know were broken. Fridge light didn't work on battery. Fixed it. Wire fell out of control box of slide. That's why it didn't work. Who knew! James and Jimmy found it! They are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Best service yet. Back on the road in half hour! So if anyone needs service, parts or another camper, Happy Camper is the place to go!!!

Stopped in on a Saturday with a battery problem on or RV and Jim went out of his way to be a great help to us. We highly recommend Jim and Super City sport sales.

It was suggested by Happy Camp to replace our thermostat in our 1991 travel trailer. They came and replaced the thermostat (we were not present for the installation) and we thought all was well. We went to the campground and I attempted to turn the heat on. Nothing worked. I called Happy Camp and was told yea, we know it isn't working. Well send somebody up to look at it. Once again, Happy Camp came once again we were not there. Supposedly fixed this time. We came back up to the trailer, I turned on the AC the thermostat threw out a spark like the 4th of July. Also, made a popping sound and smelled like wiring burning. I grabbed the fire extinguisher and was almost calling 911, when the smell disappeared. I called Happy Camp back, the repair man came back, this time we were there. After about 2 hours, he was unable to figure out what happened. By this time, I had had enough. I called another repair company. He installed a new thermostat, and it to blew. Needless to say, Happy Camp repair person not only destroyed the thermostat he installed, he also destroyed my AC unit. I attempted to speak with Happy Camp, spoke with Heidi who said she would have the owner call me. Well, that's been 2 weeks ago and no call. So I'm out a AC unit, thermostat and possibly a furnace due to the inept repair by this company. It surprises me since we have used Happy Camp in the past for other repairs and never had an issue. I will not nor recommend Happy Camp to anyone for repairs.

I am sorry to say that the service we recently receivef was not as expected. We have used Happy Camp on the past and have always received top notch service. After a conversation with Jim, we decided to change an older thermostat with a newer modern one. Mistake # 1. The new thermostat was replaced, but it didn't work. I called and was told were aware of this. They sent a repair person up to my trailer, and we thought all was well. Mistake # 2. We came up to the trailer for the weekend, I attempted to turn the air conditioner on. When I flipped on the A.C. to the on mode, a spark blew out like the 4th of July firework. There also was a bang, and smoke. Needless to say, I grabbed my fire extinguisher and wss ready to call 911. Fortunately, neither wad needed. I call Happy Camp again. Mistake # 3. The same guy came up, and after 3 hours, he was unable to figure out the problem. Needless to.say, I had had enough. I called another RV repair guy. He came up and after he replaced the thermostat, it blew a fuse. He went up on the roof, looked at the A.C. tested it. And yep, you guessed it, it's fried. He said the wiring must hsve been crossed when Happy Camp.put the thermostat in, thus frying the roof A.C.. I called Happy Camp, talked with Heidi, explained the situation to her. She said she would have get husband, (one.of the owners) call me. 5 days have passed and Still no call. So, im out a boatload of money. I need a new A.C. unit, thermostat, and who knows what else. So, in closing I've learned 2 things from this. # 1. I Should have left the old thermostat alone. # 2. Never use Happy Camp for any service work again.

We have stored our camper with Happy Camp Enterprises for several years now and couldn't be happier with the treatment we have received. When we drop it off in the fall we know it will be in good hands and when we pick it up in the spring it is inspected and ready to go for the season. It's great to be able to store it out of the winter weather and know it is clean, dry, and protected from the elements. We plan to use Happy Camp's services for years to come. We also appreciate the convenience of their retail store. It's nice to be able to purchase specialty camper parts locally, and be able to discuss a situation with someone knowledgeable in the field.
