I agree with a previous review below on being skeptical on the property based on the reviews. The apartments are close to everything for me so I stopped in on my lunch, and they were able to quickly show a few units. Candice was very informative and was able to help me start paperwork that day. I’ve been here for two months and have enjoyed it. My neighbors are friendly and it’s quiet, and I love being close to great shopping and restaurants.

I had a great visit with Candice. I walked in, she greeted me and made me feel welcome. She was pretty knowledgeable considering how new she was and her customer service was top notch! We toured a nice one bedroom, it looked beautiful, I was sold! The application process was easy and I look forward to moving in.

I have to say that Candice is truly a gem. Looking for an apartment can be so stressful but Candice was so refreshing. She is thorough and attentive and very knowledgeable. She will definitely help you find what you’re looking for in a home.

I enjoy my experience at Tate so far. The trash pick up and delivery service is convenient. I like my unit, as it has a lot of natural light and nice finishes.The maintenance is good, requests are taken care of fairly quickly.
4 stars because there is room for improvement because on the weekends especially, I notice trash in places it does not go, and people not cleaning after their pets.response / report this review -

Before I moved here I fell in love with the property and staff! Candice made it easy for us to see different Apts to pick the one we want and also made us feel very welcomed! Now that I am a resident here I absolutely love it. It’s nice, quiet, and close to anything you need from groceries to nails! 🤗
