Hands down, the best realty team I have dealt with. They made the entire process extremely smooth and easy on my part. Tracie was extremely knowledgeable about the Savannah real estate market and the current state and was spot on with her assessment on price expectation and overall selling process length - I couldn't ask for a better realtor. Meagan made the document process simple as well, given I was an out of state seller. Stephanie was awesome! Not only did she always have my best interest in mind, but she was up front and honest for everything.
