  Anne Busse-Gandt helped us find a home at the Fly In recently which was no easy task. We were from out of town and Anne took care of all the details from the transaction itself to finding people to do some work on the house and to maintain until we moved here. Anne's knowledge of all things Spruce Creek was helpful and gave us a better feel for the different areas of the Fly In. Moving to a new place is always stressful and Anne took a lot of the hassle out of the equation. Experienced and professional.

  Housing market was on fire when we began looking. Anne knew what we wanted and notified us of a home before it hit the market. I am pretty sure that we would have missed this opportunity had it not been for Anne's actions.

  I had a great experience with Ryan Lawrence. He represented me in buying a property in Ponce Inlet. Great service, especially since we had to do a lot of things remotely. When a little daylight appeared between what the seller promised and what was delivered, Ryan stood firm and went out of his way to make sure the seller fixed the issue. I actually got a better deal after the fix than I was expecting originally! Ryan's really nice and easy to deal with too.

  My husband and I are very happy to have bought a townhome with a "plane port" to park our RV8. We found this home because Realtor/Broker Anne is very experienced and very knowledgeable in all the homes in Spruce Creek Fly-In Community. Thanks, Anne, for your excellent help and assistance in purchasing our home, including finding the home that we like, introducing us to a mortgage broker, prompt response to our questions & solving issues with gusto and finesses!
