Excellent owner, excellent work, very reasonable prices. Did not have any problem whatsoever in any project they got done for me.
There are even parking place in front the building.

I have been using Tarzana Mailbox for almost a year now. The owner is a very nice and helpful guy and I'm always in/out quicker than I would be at the post office. Parking is readily available aswell.

I went in to have my absentee ballot notarized. The man who helped me told me that it would be $10 and some change. I told him, very sweetly, that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the notary of an absentee ballot. He questioned me and I showed him the papers stating that it's against the law to charge for it. I'm guessing it upset him because he said, "Next time you need to tell me first." I informed him that there would not be a next time. I also needed a stamp to mail the ballot, he charged me .60 for a .47 stamp. I asked him how much stamps were these days and he said they were .47 cents, but it's a convenience fee for him having to "stand in line at the post office to get the stamps and that he should charge more." A .13 cent "convenience fee on ONE stamp?" Seems a little ridiculous to me. Then again, I'm guessing he was mad about the free notarized papers.

If you want to mail something, I would suggest going to the post office and not this place. I can only imagine what a book of stamps or mailing a package would cost here.

Tip for the man behind the counter: You don't have to go to the post office and stand in line for stamps. You can now go to the World Wide Web on your computer and order them. Or the kiosk a the post office never has a line.

If you need anything shipped, boxed, or just need a mailbox, I completely recommend that you bring it here. The owner, Mark, is an incredibly hard working man who always wants to make sure his customers leave completely satisfied. You can see very plainly with the way all his customers come in, talk, and treat him that Mark has quite an impact with everyone that uses his business. He helped me over the past two days with a bigger-than-usual order for my company, from the very start to finish. I am very glad I went here and got the chance to meet him!
