Jeff at the budget lot did a phenomenal job getting my wife into her Traverse. Her old car was a lemon and they gave us a fair trade in price to help us get good financing. They also let us drive the vehicle for a few days as a test drive.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and will be coming back in the near future! Thank you Jeff and the rest of the staff. You made our lives much easier!

Excellent customer service! Was not pressured into buying as is with most places! Our salesperson Tony was very nice and very knowledgeable! Found a great deal on a truck and was very happy with my trade in allowance! Will defiantly be back and give as a highly recommended reference

I recently moved to the area from Kalamazoo and was looking to establish a long-term relationship with a local Chevrolet dealership. I took my 2010 Buick Lacrosse in for engine light diagnostics. I wasn't surprised by the timing chain wear diagnosis, as this is a very common issue with the 3.0L engines. I didn't want to dump the money into the poor engine platform, and asked the service staff member what they'd offer on trade in. I was turned over to the sales staff for appraisal on the vehicle. I spoke with the sales staff member twice by phone and stopped in once to discuss. The car has sat in their lot for three full days awaiting appraisal. At 9:00 AM this morning I was told "I'll call you right back" Eleven hours later, I've yet to receive a call regarding the appraisal. I attempted to keep my money local, however have no choice but to take it 12.5 miles East on Red Arrow for trade in.

My wife and I knew nothing about Tapper Automotive or Paw Paw. Our vehicle search led us to Angel and eventually Marty, both of whom clearly understood the importance of Customer Service. Our experience began with Angel offering to shoot a walk-around video of the vehicle we were pursuing, considering we would otherwise be driving almost 75 miles to see it for the first time. This gesture exceeded our expectations. Marty followed suit by offering some very personal and customized solutions to get the deal done. All told, I feel both parties can walk away from this experience feeling it was time well spent. If you're looking for a vehicle, Tapper Automotive just may be the place to make your search more efficient.

Shopping for a new car. They're a Costco Auto dealer. Quoted price for 2 options but wanted to meet to make some changes and get a feel for them. Salesman was knowledgeable, polite, not at all pushyjust very helpful. Eventually may not buy this car but I'll return for any Chevrolet purchase or service I need.

Have purchased five new cars in the past few decades and must say that the experience at Tapper was - without question - the smoothest, most professional, lowest pressure experience of them all. Kudos to Tony S. for the exceptional experience! He was superb. Traveled more than an hour to get to Paw Paw and so glad that we did. It was definitely worth the drive.

Took truck in for first time to get oil change and tire rotation. Dropped it off (was told I didn't need an appointment) then went to lunch and bought groceries. Came back two hours later and they hadn't started it!!!!! Never called me to say they weren't able to get your. Offered to let me wait another 45 minutes and "someone would get right to it.". I declined and will never go back, awful first time experience.

My first time bringing in my new truck for it's oil change and tire rotation! I was on time for my appointment, which is very important! I was greeted very friendly and sat in the waiting room while they did their thing. To my surprise it was only a little over a half hour and they called my name. I was very happy and went on my way. Happy customer.

I needed a car quickly after getting in an accident. I worked with Marty in the sales department. He was great to work with. He got me the best price of any dealership around on a used 2014 Chevy Equinox. I would highly recommend Marty and Tapper Chevy to friends and family.

Haven't been to a car dealership in many years. Dealt with Tony Serignese. Great fellow, very honest and patient.
I asked a lot of what may have seemed silly questions, to which he answered everyone and then some. He was readily available to help me and answer other questions as they arose.
He worked with me on all purchase options and I finally landed on a lease. He explained everything in plain English so that I could understand all the ins & outs of leasing versus out right purchase versus purchasing used.
Will definitely look to Tony in the future for my next vehicle purchase!!response / report this review
