  I have been to this salon several times over the years and love each visit! Great staff and a beautiful salon.

  My experience here was absolutely awful. I waited for an hour past my appointment time to get called back, then wanted to shared 5 photos of the lightened look I was going for with the stylist. She was very busy and did not take the time to look at more than one and did not listen when I explained that I was looking for something very subtle and natural.
  
  She put a bunch of bleach into one clump of hair and then left me for another hour while she worked on someone else. She never told me that it was bleach she put in my hair; I believed she was replicating what had been done to my hair previously and would not have agreed to bleach. -It gave me an obvious white patch right in front with zero blending (like the subtle balayage I'd asked for).
  
  I didn't want to hurt the stylist's feelings because she was polite and kind, so I left without saying anything and immediately began crying when I got outside. I came back an hour later and asked for a refund on this $160 traumatic experience and the owner was INCREDIBLY rude and uncompromising, stating that she could only offer to have the stylist try to fix it. I did not trust that the stylist would not make things worse and the owner accused me of just wanting to get a free traumatic experience and would not give me a refund. I cannot believe she has stayed in business with this type of policy and lack of professionalism
  
  Please do not put yourself through this. There are nice salons in the area with stylists who will take the time for a thorough consultation with you and who will treat you like a human being.
  
  I will add photos of my hair when my friend sends them to me from her phone.

  My first haircut was horrendous, but I called and they tried to make it right. My second haircut was slightly better, but overall I would not recommend this place unless you have fine/thin straight hair and are looking for a basic cut. They used a paddle brush & a drug-store hair dryer for a blow out - that should tell you something.

  I absolutely loved my visit. It was my first time going to an Aveda salon and I am very satisfied. The stylist, I believe her name was Kelly? Was very friendly and didn't make me feel awkward at all, as I normally do with a new stylist. I admit I was a little scared of what I was going to get coming to a new salon, but I am very happy with the end product. The treatment I got was awesome also, my hair hasn't been this healthy in so long. Thank you so much l, I'll definitely be recommending this salon.

  First time dying my hair. Ali did a Fantastic job! She calmed my nerves about my new red hair and I left feeling gorgeous! I will be returning!
