  The popcorn is okay, but the excellent service and fair prices are very good. I am grateful for their courtesies and attitudes of wanting to help.
  
  Someone with an obvious tire issue pulled off 94 at exit 12, and, seeing the problem, I called M and W and asked if they could work her in so she could get home to Chicago safely and on time. She later emailed me to praise them for their kindness and fairness. I was not surprised.

  Absolutely great service! I brought my car in for new tires, oil change, and alignment. Not only was my car ready when promised, but they gave me a loaner car to use while they were working on mine. Don is a wonderful service rep, couldn't have had a better experience!

  I had a very bad Experience, they don't keep their words, they gave me a quote for tires and change it when I pay. The sales manager Marc is very rude, if you ever go there make sure you talk to Aaron he is a nice guy. Trust me STAY AWAY FROM MARC, he is the sales manager.

  Shop and tires were great. They asked for my email at checkout and I declined, said it was to register the tires not email marketing. 6 weeks later and I've opted out of their emails more than once and just got a text message tonight. If you can avoid it, don't give them a cell phone and absolutely do not give them your email unless you like getting junk email. Good service

  Excellent; Mark went above and beyond in helping this damsel distress. I was 300 miles from home, and 80 miles from destination hotel reservation. M&W did not have the rim I needed to replace the one ruined by a pothole on I 94. M & W could have gotten the rim and made the repair the next day, but I chose to get to my destination. I asked for a referral to a repair shop near my destination - hoping to simply receive a name and number for me to call and inquire. Instead, mark researched my destination, and made calls to two different providers before locating one who had the rim I needed. Mark gave my name and wheel specs to the person, and gave that person's name, tire shop location and phone number to me. M&W tech had already had my car on the lift, and the helpful staff had spent about an hour on my case, but there was no charge for getting me on my way. Before I took off, Mark had my spare tire checked for pressure in order to enhance my safety. People and service like this restore my faith.

  In Oct.2016 we discovered a trailer wiring connection problem the morning of our trip. These folks were the only ones in town who would take on the repair job. They replaced the wires in my car and I was on the road by noon. Great job on such a short notice!

  I have taken my vehicles to M&W tire for over a decade and they have always been straight with me and treated me right. The best thing they have going is the packet of oil change coupons that you can buy. Also if you buy tires from them your tire rotations are free, a huge pulse right there.

  I ran over a boulder in the Wendy's drive-thru at Napier and 94. (Watch out for that.)
  The guys were able to repair the damage for nearly NOTHING!!! Other shops may have taken advantage and charged a ton.NOT M&W! Customer for LIFE.
