8-18-16 I took my 2009 Chev. 3500HD dual rear wheels in for rear axle leaks on both sides. About 1500 miles later, I had a reoccurring leak. I took it in to another garage and the mechanic there said the last person to work on it, (Tanners Garage) did not properly tighten the flange bolts.

Not many people would touch my saab 900 because it's so old and foreign, but even with the issues it's given me and the garage, they always tale it back and fix what they can and it always comes back better than the last time. Phenomenal service. Highly recommend

While visiting Jamestown for the Comedy Festival, the air conditioning in my SUV quit working. I asked two festival volunteers for the name of a garage and they recommended Tanners. I met Mike the owner who was friendly and willing to help. Although all the garage bays were full, he started diagnosing the problem right away. This could have been very time consuming and a major expense but Mike found the problem, explained it to me in detail and proceeded to fix it! I paid the very fair price of $60 and was on the road in under 40 minutes. Three days later on the 300 mile ride home the a/c was cranking out cold air! Mike's love and knowledge of cars and his honest and upfront way of doing business is an asset to Jamestown. I only wish I lived closer- Tanners would be my garage for everything!.
