The owner seems to pick and choose his own prices depending on the “ Individual“ and treated me like I was wasting his time when I knew what I needed Before going to the shop and I told him what I needed done and he treated me like I wasn’t worth of his business so I decided to leave

Rex was extremely helpful. He was able to fix a problem with my vehicle and get me back on the road the same day! He was a lifesaver, as I depend on that vehicle for my business. The price was also very fair for the work performed. You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you Rex!

I read the reviews of this place beforehand, and still decided to give them a chance. Spoke on the phone with a worker there, he was pleasant, decided to stop in and talk to them as I was informed that the owner does the pricing. Upon walking in the owner did not identify himself, until I stated “I assume your the owner, correct?”, and he treated me with such indifference I walked away mid-conversation, I have never done that in my life. I now believe that none of these five star reviews are true and that these one star reviews are 100% accurate.

Had my muffler changed on a ford ranger here about 3 years ago. Today the mechanic working on it told me it looked like it was installed by an amateur and would need to be replaced. This was after having to come back twice for follow ups to have some leaky welds fixed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Showed up to get my old third party muffler replaced with another third party muffler. Gentleman cam out of the shop and said “What?”. I told him what I needed done and that the mufflers are the same brand, size, and have same inlet and outlet ports to give him some perspective. Gentleman, whose name I wish I knew, said “oh I remember having this conversation yesterday!” Very sarcastically, and followed it up with “You’re so f***ing smart aren’t you?”. Used to actually work in a mechanics shop so I thought I was giving him some helpful info. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and to kiss my ass. Don’t ever go to this place.

Friendly staff! The owner (Rex) is a hoot and also a fair businessman. He is knowledgeable and honest. Michael (mechanic) is an easy going guy and knows his stuff!

Rude! I called to get a quote on a brake job and the person I spoke to acted as if I was wasting his time with my fairly straightforward question. It's almost as if he didn't want my business, which is good because even if he hadn't given me a quote that was two times the previous place that I'd called, I still wouldn't have given it to them!

It's very unfortunate that so many people have given Rex 1 star. He's a very knowledgeable, hardworking man that is going to give you exactly what you want. He will tell you how it is which may come across as rude to some but trust him, he knows what he's talking about. Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work done on their car for a reasonable price.

Rex is a great guy who knows what he's talking about. He's genuine and is going to tell you the way it is, whether you want to hear it or not. He also does great work and for a great price. Overall it's a great place, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real mechanic whose going to shoot straight with them. I'll definelty be returning the next time I need something done.
