Worked with Ronnie on a truck for a couple days, he was a nice guy. When I got there I gave them some money down. They pulled the truck around and I looked it over and it had a few scratches on it. I went in and asked if they may be able to buff them out and touch it up, I then said if they couldn't I may not want it. The owner over herd me and he raised his voice at me and said come out here and show me. He said you are buying a used truck, I then told him yeah I know I am but it's $31000 wouldn't you want to make sure it how you would like. The whole time he was being rude. He said I don't know if they can. I told him that was fine he could just give me my money back and I would go on. He said you will have to come back tomorrow. I said well just mail it, said no you will have to come get it. He said you have wasted 2 hours of my salesmens time. He said you can just leave and not come back, I told him he didn't have to worry I would be back to get my money and that I would find a truck somewhere else where they know how to treat customers because I am the customer and this is not how you treat one. Long story short I would not recommend any one to go to this lot because the owner is very rude and thinks he has the only vehicles for sale.
So I went there this morning and he had the state police there like he thought I was going to say or do something. That's real customer service right there. The owner is just plane rude and if I was everyone I would stay away!

Went to this lot from Mt Sterling wasn't impressed. Ended up buying the same unit from a dealer in Lexington for $5000 cheaper out the door. Was like going to a used car lot in New York City. Rude and stressful.
