Took my Chevrolet Camaro there to find out what a noise was coming from. Thought maybe it was a wheel bearing and after going there and having them test drive it they did indeed confirm my suspicions. They quoted me over $450 for a wheel bearing and labor. A genuine OEM wheel bearing doesn’t even cost the $300.00 and some dollars they quoted me. Kept trying to push me to get it done same day. Btw a wheel bearing is only $50. I’m not completely stupid. And you shouldn’t try to rip people off just because they’re driving a nice car. Would not recommend unless you want to get ripped off.

They had my truck for 10 days. They were supposed to do an oil change, replace the tail light, door handle and mirror. Oil change and tail light replacement was all I got. I believe they take advantage of being the only auto repair place around do shoddy work because there is nowhere else to go.

Quoted me for something that didn't need fixing. Took it to Morehead Tire and Auto and they fixed the actual problem for much cheaper. I think they were trying to swindle me into fixing something unneeded then having them fix the actual part after.

Just sat for 2 hours waiting for an oil change that they told me both over the phone and when I got there would take just 45 mins, and my car was never once touched. I would never go there again.

Hammered on the spline to get the shaft in and mushroomed the end, broke the locking hub and busted a $100 cell antenna lifting my truck into something overhead from the ceiling. Put it all together and took my money for me to figure it all out later when it was too late to demand they do anything about it.
