Great place to shop! It is a must stop when I am in Howell I do miss the food court. It was nice to get something to eat and drink while shopping.

We love stopping at the Tanger Outlets in Howell on our way to and from Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo. It is nice and close to the highway and there is a gas station and a Coney Island or fast food if you want to grab a bite to eat or gas up. The prices of things are decent depending on what you're buying and if you know the normal price for them just be careful.

There's is a good selection of stores and there is plentiful parking. The ones complaint i have is that the prices aren't as cheap as i had hoped. The location is pretty convenient being right off the highway. Another bonus is that security vehicles have been visible the last few times i visited.

I have been to many stores at Tanger outlet mall in Howell Michigan. I am impressed with the courtesy shown to the customers. I will continue to shop at the mall. I would however like to see better prices and/or better coupons for all of the stores. I am a veteran and was told that as such I would receive between 10%-20% discounts at your stores. This is not true. I have been told by several stores that they don't participate with this program. Overall I enjoy the mall and the selection of stores. I would love to see an ultra store in Howell. I would be thrilled to have Ulta and would be a very frequent visitor!!!

When my mom and I went to this outlet mall the ladies at guest services were extremely kind and helpful, offered us coffee when they were done helping us, and went above and beyond explaining what everything was and how it worked. There is a great selection of stores here and when we were there they all had great deals to choose from. We will definitely be going back!

This outlet mall is fantastic. They have a shoppers center if you join (for 10 dollars a year) that has nice lounge free coffee and clean bathrooms. It is never hard to navigate the way it is laid out. Plus Howell is a great town to put this in.

Excellent customer from Michelle at Shoppers Services. I've been Tanger member for many years. We had not been here in awhile, so many changes to your layout. This was a quick trip from Livonia to the Jockey store. Diane,the salesperson, had my order ready as I phoned earlier that day. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the products in the store as well as about Tanger outlets. Tanger Outlets has always given great service as well as great value for your money!!!

I always love coming here! Have been coming here since it was first built. Like all malls, stores come and go, but over the years there have been some pretty fabulous additions. Go to the customer service center with your AAA member card and get the coupon book for free, with discounts at loads of their stores. Someone mentioned the linen store wasn't there anymore, but that's been over 10 years! Sign up for the emails and get even more deals and coupons. Great variety of stores all in one place. You won't be disappointed👍

Recently went for a quick trip with friends!! All the employee's I encountered were helpful and friendly. I especially remember and loved the women helping at the service desk!! Going back next week because of the prices and great customer service ! Oh and great parking! I've seen some outlet shops with weird parking and I love the lots at Tanger, Howell location.

Lovely, clean outlet mall; the Welcome Office staff were friendly & very helpful. There was even an Earth Day bonus surprise on our phones offering each a $10 gift card. We happily used them @ the Ralph Lauren Polo Outlet store, where I found 3 gorgeous shirts @ terrific prices. The manager there, Calista, was also extremely helpful. Stopped in @ Adidas, Under Armour, Coach, & more. Definitely worth the trip from Ann Arbor.

Love going there for Christmas shopping you can find a lot of great deals here. The only thing is they take out their food court so there's no place to eat there. I wish they would bring their food court back so is Die Hard Shoppers at Christmas time will have a place to shop and sit so we can keep on shopping

I can always find what I'm looking for at Tanger! I highly recommend buying the Tanger membership which never expiresthe benefits are worth the price of the membership. Today I stopped in the Shoppers Experience lounge and enjoyed coffee and a snackall provided by Tanger. The customer service rep captured my receipts while I enjoyed a chance to relax before hitting the other shops at Tanger. I love Dress Barn, Sketchers, Yankee Candle and the Corell Stores in particular!

All the name brands in one place. Polo, Coach men and women's, Adidas, Nike, you name it the most likely have it. Great place to get deals on the name brands you love and save a few coins in the process. Save big look great at Tanger Outlets. They also have a food court where you can grab a quick bite and shop till you drop. Highly recommended for everything you need.

I hadn't been to the center in a couple years due to losing my job so some things had changed. I was happy that my favorite stores were still there. The customer service center building was gone but was moved to a store front which was very nice with a comfortable sitting area and high top tables & chairs. New restroom facilities had also been added there. I am a Tanger Club member so I went in to get my member coupon book, which is worth the price of joining. A nice perk of membership is that complimentary water and snacks are offered to members, I appreciated that. The receptionists at customer service were pleasant and helpful. All of the stores I shopped were clean and well organized but most important the employees were friendly and very helpful. It was a much more pleasant experience than the stores that have a "lowest prices of the season" sale every week and have no staff on the floor to help.
