Very large, extensive outlet mall. It's extremely decentralized. There are tons of building sprawling across many acres of land. There also seem to have quite a few open storefronts, especially in the older sections by I75. I like that there are a ton of stores, but still only find use in a select few. As with many outlets, products are not necessarily good deals. Some are made specifically for sale in outlets (Gap, North Face, Old Navy, Coach, etc) while other are just over produced or last year's style. Buyer beware.

Really, this place is mostly meant for you and worth the trip if you are interested in buying new clothes or shoes for either gender.

As a shopping experience, this place can be a bit underwhelming. The layout doesn't really give every store the same amount of accessibility, so certain strip malls within the complex look more sad than anything. The buildings themselves aren't much to look at to begin with, but there are obviously some stores that no one goes to, partly due to location and partly due to the category of items they sell.

On the other hand, in the main buildings, there is a fair amount of decent shops. Various famous clothing brands, a Bose showroom, shoe stores, etc. The actual discounts can be a bit suspect, but by and large, there's a fairly good selection if you are interested in some new clothes.

Not many sales. Was here in December not sure if that changes things. Nice clean shops with decent food nearby. Just expected to see some good sales being that it’s an outlet mall. Sales were similar or worse than normal stores. Wasn’t impressed.

Great place to shop. Something here for everyone. Too large to walk around but plenty of room and parking. Public washrooms. You can go to customer service ahead and get a pass where you receive discounts etc at most stores. Has a very large amount of stores and large variety. Something for everyone. Nice choice in restaurants as well.worth going out of your way for. My favorite the Lindt store.

I absolutely love this outlet mall! they have great sales! We have bought all my husbands work clothes from the Van Huesen store. They have wrinkle free formal shirts under $20! The Carters there is always having 40-60% off and shoe stores often have buy one get one 1/2 off.

Popular with tourists as well as locals. Visit VF Outlet if you get a chance. They have good bargains on clothes.

Always finding amazing deals at Birch Run and often end up buying a bit more than intended. Nearby restaurants are many and varied. Makes a great destination for a family road trip if you're looking to "catch up" on some shopping. Enjoy!

Overall this is a great outlet. HUGE selection of designer and name brands as well as Pottery Barn's only outlet store where you can save big. Don't forget to pickup a coupon book from the Visitor's Center.

Excellent place to go shopping. Lots of great deals. Shops everywhere. Only negative is there is always lots of people around. Especially on the weekends.

Factory outlet pricing for an excellent selection of premium brands. This is a blessing and a curse.

It is an obvious attraction for a massive number of consumers. This causes parking to be a nightmare - no surprise there. However, what I did find surprising was how inept the majority of these stores were at handling crowds. Most stores were a free-for-all, with a severe lack of organization and infrastructurecheck-out lines wrapping around the entire interior of the store, with only two cash registers. Other stores had lines on the outside, only letting a few shoppers in at a time.

For locals, this might not be an issue. They could just come back when it isn't busy.

Not the best outlet I've been to. It has your basic outlet stores like Gap, Old Navy, Coach, etc But I'm used to the more high-end outlet malls that carry Prada and Vince. The place was big! It was so inconvenient for walking. Took me nearly 30 minutes to get to my car because I wanted to take a "shortcut" back. I ended up walking around the entire building.

I gave 5 stars, the ladies tell me this place is great. My ladies tell me about all the wonderful deals from from the top retail outlet stores from Nike, Vanity fair, Hanes believe me so so many more. So I believe them.
So make the ladies happy. They shop. And I usually sit comfortably in the lounge area watching TV and playing Hay Day farming game with the free WiFi while eating my meal I bought at a local restaurant.

Nice outlet store, but it's a spread out layout. Compared to the one near Howell, MI, you'll be walking more, and I saw more people driving. Maybe there are more stores at this location. We had a nice visit. Con: soda vending machines were not well-stocked.

There are no real deals here. I feel like all the stores are the same prices as I would get anywhere else, there was no extra discount at all. Most of the stores are messy and do not have the latest trends. Getting around is hard since everything is so spread out. The bathroom situation is terrible! None of the stores have one so you have to walk far to a common one. Fun to hit on the way home and maybe chance upon a deal but do not count on it.

Nice place to do some shopping on your way "Up North". You can get some good deals depending on when and where you go. I always find a good deal for shoes at the Nike Outlet when I'm looking for shoes.
