  I go to Tandy often and they almost always have in stock exactly what i am looking for. Always helpful and answer every question i can come up with. They actually have experience with the products they sell. Purchase all of my leather and tools from them and heading back there this weekend.

  I made the mistake of stopping in on Saturday, august the 21st. That guy has NO idea what customer service is. Rude, arrogant, and unhelpful!
  I'll buy on-line before I step foot in that place again.
