  Was going on 3 years as a customer here. Had 2 units to start and for the last year had only 1 unit. We decided to pay family to store stuff rather than a stranger. Called to let Diane know we were moving out the next day. The day we moved out Kaitlyn was working and proceeded to monitor us as we loaded up our 15ft rental truck. She asked my fiance what unit we were moving in or out of, he told her he wasn't sure and to ask me. She never asked me. She then came into the building and pretended to be sweeping. We had stuff in the hall to load the Penske truck properly. She pretended to sweep around the stuff just honestly in the way, for no reason. Then she left. Leaving a cigarette butt, dead bugs, old leaves, etc. behind. All these things had been there forever and she acted like it was such a necessity to come sweep as we are trying to load a truck and beat a rain storm. She then returned with the broom and fake swept some more. Snooping in our unit and literally moving items we had in the hall to do her pesky sweeping. She still didn't sweep the hallway thoroughly, but she made sure to touch our property and continue to be in the way. We locked up the unit because we still had to do one more load. 2 hours later after rushing to unload I get 2 phone calls and voicemail from Kaitlyn, urging me to call her. So I called her and she said we locked the unit. Which I am paid up for until the 26th, almost a full week. She then insists I need to remove the lock. I informed her I was not done moving and she told me she was relieved I called. Why it was such a pressing issue I am not sure. I have paid the bill monthly for years.
  Then to top it off when we come back for the final load she sees me pull up we clearly make eye contact and I'm locked out of the system. My code doesn't work. So I have to maneuver the vehicles again to go ask her what's up. She said "oh, about that. I thought you were done." And then proceeds to inform me she saw the truck and how much we had left in our unit while she was "sweeping" (snooping) and was sure we could fit it all in one load.
  I informed her I wouldn't have left a lock on the unit and would have told her when I was done. Terrible terrible moving experience with Kaitlyn snooping around the WHOLE time and just inconveniencing us every step of the way. I'm pregnant and should have asked her to help since she was so concerned with us. I don't like someone moving around our furniture haphazardly to fake sweep one of the many buildings in the lot just to snoop. She did not go to any of the other buildings to sweep either. She could have simply asked me what was up instead she had to be a nuisance.
  STAY AWAY! Poorly ran, no communication amongst staff. Kaitlyn was awful. I didn't even try to get our money back for not using the whole month. That's how terrible and time consuming she was.

  We had never used a storage unit before, but needed something while we were doing some remodeling in our home. Diane Ware and her staff @ the Indian Hills location on 13th Street were phenomenal. She was so patient with all our questions and so helpful too! The unit was clean and well maintained and everyone we encountered had a smile and friendly wave. We'll definitely recommend this location to our family and friends.
