Mary is the most friendly, fun to be around lady I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and she just loves it when I bring my service dogs in! Have rented for close to a year now, I was a few days late payment 2 times, they took care of me. No mice, no flooding or excessive dust in the unit, a great place. Also thank you so much for giving us veterans a discount!

My daughter and son-in-law had their storage unit broken into. We are still trying to find out if the security cameras actually work or if they are there for show as one employee indicated. My daughter attempted to talk to the manager about the theft. She said she was not looking for monetary reimbursement, she just wanted answers, hopefully even justice. The manager treated her with hostility, did not show any sympathy, accused her of faking the theft, and made my daughter cry. If your place of business had been broken into, wouldn't you want answers so you could make sure it didn't happen again? If someone is clearly stressed out after being robbed, wouldn't you show compassion to that person?

Mary was such a great help when I called regarding some information about the units. Her personable and kind demeanor made my decision to rent at U-Stor very easy :)

The staff is friendly. She took the time to sweep out the storage unit before I moved items in. the storage site location is easy to find and access.
