  The bookstore is a place that has everything. I often choose to order my textbooks online to save time, though - it seems like finding textbooks yourself could be a chore!
  
  In terms of apparel, they have everything Florida State - the only catch is that you are going to pay exactly what you think you'd have to pay - high prices! I'd recommend checking out Garnet and Gold if you're going to buy apparel.

  UPDATE: sent a feedback of my experience and Phil , the operations manager, kindly responded saying to go back in and for the return desk to call him over so I can refund or exchange. If you ever find a problem here I'd recommend talking to Phil. He's a really nice and understanding guy who also happens to be in charge!
  
  Don't buy anything already remotely damaged in packaging. Otherwise when you want to return/exchange it they will blame you for the damage and not care at all. The blonde manager is also very rude. Was told to go to her to explain it was damaged when I bought it, and she didn't look at me once when I was speaking to her (instead looking at her clipboard). She just walked off mumbling something I couldn't hear and grabbed the technology manager to pretty much show she wanted nothing to do with me at all. The technology manager just treated me like I was stupid for returning something that was obviously damaged (the packaging). Their stuff is already expensive and now I have something I can't even use.

  SEVERELY OVERPRICED. Loads of pointless gimmick​ items being sold as well. A poor use of university space

  The charm on the graduation tassel came off. I called the bookstore to purchase another one. After several calls finally xxxxxx called me back. I was told that the charm was being put in the mail (May 17, '17) have still not received it. Once again I called the store and was told that xxxxx would get back to me..have still not heard from her. Didn't think putting a charm in the mail was such a hard task for the employees.

  Great customer service! FedEx lost my book so FSU sent me a new copy, I originally ordered a used. They then called me later to tell me that they were able to track it down, FedEx delivered to the wrong house and that person sent it back. Fail FedEx but great service from the bookstore.

  I have almost always enjoyed my experience in this bookstore. I go in after sports seasons and they seem to have great sales on clothes. The store is always clean and well kept. The employees seem to always be in good moods and willing to help. The prices are very high unless you catch on sale. There is gear for men, women, kids, and toddlers. They have balls, school supplies, computers, snack, and other fun FSU themed accessories or home décor.

  The bookstore is okay because they work very hard to compensate for the huge masses of people that will come in during syllabus week and the checkout lines are okay. The only problem is the lines for the online order pickup and the low compensation for reselling books. The prices for merchandise are obviously very high and they trick you with sales but the prices are still ridiculous. Other than that, it's a great place to go as an FSU future student, current student, alum, or just die hard fan.
