I was in the drive thru and had to drive off, order wasn't even completed. I never heard someone sound so lethargic, and rude. I just know the food wouldn't be good and hot. Hell no I'm going to Taco Casa. I hate getting bad food n service. Tell them to go home and stop screaming "Hello" and "Huh" out the speaker. Rude! After i said one moment. If you're mad go home.

Wellhonestly..its not too clean inside.theres a leak happeneing in the middle of the room.the guy was rude at the register.didnt smile or welcome me and my daughter.no clean tables.the food was good.

I'm reminded about once a year when I go to this Taco Bueno that it is probably the worst fast food restaurant in Fort Worth. Super dirty, food is bad, run down and terrible employees. I don't know how they stay in business.

these guys for some reason like to put beef inside of a chicken burrito. If i ordered a chicken burrito i don't want beef in it. i am unable to eat beef due to a food allergy. this is the second time it has happened. if i order something one way make it the way i ordered it and don't decide that it will be okay because now it has two types of meet. some people cant eat that stuff so pay attention. i will not be returning to this location. i hope you go out of business. you people need to watch what you are doing and give people what they order. your jerks.

This restaurant is second only to the Grandy's on Alta Mere for Most Disgusting & Filthy Restaurant in Fort Worth.
Employees are mostly rude children, and nobody that works there properly washes their hands! I complained to the Health Dept, then they started wearing gloves. They wear the gloves to make change out of the cash drawer, then turn around right over to the food prep!! Then they stopped - no doubt the owner quit buying them. Then they ran out of soap, and were using hand cleaner the last time I was there. I will never go here again!
