The homes are gorgeous and newly renovated. I was highly impressed with the community and the ladies in the front office were more than friendly. I toured the place with Sarah and she was so nice. She told me everything straight forward and helped me with the different floor plans. I love that cable comes included!!! I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I can't wait to move in

I've lived here for over two years and I've never had an issue with the management previous or current nor have I had a problem with maintenance. The reviews that do I feel may be a case of high maintenance people. I have loved some of the updates around the property and I especially love the new fitness center. I will admit some of the colour schemes they're painting the houses are a bit out there for me but hey its better than the old colour. The management team is always pleasant to talk with and maintenance is usually if not always out the same day. And yes the price is a little high but if you look at what you're getting verus what you're paying really it's just consolidating a few bills you'd be paying for separately. Overall I love it here and it never feels like I'm living in a complex. It's my home without all the hassle of a home.

    I LOVE MY TOWNHOME!!!!

After reading a few of these OLD reviews, I felt it necessary to speak up!! I'm lucky to have moved into the community right after the new management took over! From day one the office staff has been nothing short of extremely professional, highly accommodating, and remarkably kind and inviting every time you see them! Mind you, when I say office staff that absolutely includes the exceptionally competent maintenance team! I have had one situation with a bee hive on the screen of my window. I got into my car, drove to the office to report the issue, and by the time I got back to my driveway maintenance was pulling up to remove the hive. Superb service!
The ongoing renovations and community updates, which include beautifully painted exteriors, and outdoor lighting, a remodeled fitness center and more are proof that money is being spent to greatly improve this community and those of us that already reside here experience the first class nature of these improvements on a daily basis! Come in, take a tour!! We're waiting to call you "Neighbor!"

I have had a lovely experience living in The Heights Community. The management team has given the property an impressive face lift with the remodeling, landscaping, and exterior paint job. Its a quiet community with convenient amenities. The women in the office have been beyond understanding and timely with resolving any maintenance issues. You can tell that the ladies do care about the living experience that their residents have and have excellent communication in regard to email or service requests. The only issue I've ever had was the phone being busy sometimes, but they are excellent with email response. It has been such a relief to be here after being at previous property with almost no organization or care for resident issues. If you choose to live here, you will love it.

We have been leaving here for 9 months and willing to renew the lease. The only downside of residing at this beautiful complex is that the schools nearby are horrible (especially Elementary schools) and the fact some selfish people do not collect after their dogs. Other than that we love the complex. The renovation is ongoing and the new management seems to better understand our needs (I have to admit we've never had any issues with the previous one). The maintenance team is super fast to address your concern, trash pickup works perfect (never ignored our bags), office staff is friendly.

I read some negative reviews and can tell those people: c'mon you've probably got too spoiled by this apartment and became too picky - from nearly 5 complexes we used to leave this one is the best in the area! Nice parking, nice location, spacious units with reasonable price, working maintenance and overall great people!

Got off to a little bit of a rocky start because I drug my feet on selecting an apartment so I ended up paying a little more than I had hoped but since I signed my lease I'm thinking it was worth it. The apartment had been vacant awhile so a few little things had to be taken care of and ALL responses to my emails came within 15 minutes, and ALL Repairs including water heater and even AC work were done same day. Email or face to face is the best way to interact with the staff and your issues will be resolved quickly. I made the right choice!

Wow I just recently took a tour here and loved it! I was considering applying to stay here but reading the reviews on the new management has changed my mind. The apartments where a little over priced for my liking anyway.

I am thinking about leasing at this community. And honestly I am blown away with all the negative responses, more so than anything positive. I will say that it is really disappointing because I enjoyed the tour, I thought the property towards the back could use some landscaping work , but I was willing to give it a go. Reviews really affect potential customers I will be rethinking this for the time being Thanks current and past residents!!

Horrible is an understatement for the new management!!!!! Ever since they got hear the experience has been stressful to say the least. The manager Amanda & her assistant Regina don't know what retaining current residents mean inconsistent billing and charges to name a few
Can't wait for my lease to be up to get out..
They should really get a ZERO Star!!!👎🏻👎🏻
I miss the old management staff!!!

    ZEROOOOOOOOO STARSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Horrible crooks, horrible maintenance, they will never let you move out they will keep your security deposit charge you outrageous fees to clean your apt, I lived there for 5 years and 6 months after I moved I got a bill from a collection agency saying I owed 1500 in fees. In my 5 years there I had sprinklers break and water damage, animals in my vents and ceiling, and a/c barely working!! When I moved out I discussed the balance with Stephanie. and what I owed with the crooked property manager Stephanie and she told me I owed 1k and I would be good. I paid that now they are trying to gouge me additional fees. Beware do not more to this place unless you want problems!

We stayed here for four months while our home was undergoing repairs from a fire. We didn't have any of the negative experiences described in some of these reviews. The couple of times we needed maintenance, repairs were made promptly. No evidence of criminal activities, as had been alleged. Stephanie, Adan and staff were always polite and helpful. Don't know the validity of the negative reviews, but that was certainly not our experience.

The only real complaint I have is with whoever designed the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets were so low that you couldn't stand up a standard box of cereal. You have to lay everything on its side. Ditto the bathrooms. Couldn't even stand up a can of shaving cream. We knew our stay would be limited, so we were okay with all of our toiletries being on the counter top, but if you think that might bug you, take heed.

Also, note that you will be directly in the flight path of DFW, so you'll hear jets taking off and landing all day.

Other than that, we had no issues during our stay and found legacy Point to be a pleasant, well-maintained apartment community.

Everyone has there own experiences some great and some flat out horrible. Since I moved in during the month of August my experience has been horrible. The property manager has a horrible attitude after your in and paying your money. However her staff is great. This has been my experience in two months, I have had my locks sawed off my front door and had to wait 4hrs before I received new ones. I've had to have 2 complete painting jobs, had a flood no way to stop water from toilet due to no nozzle being attached to toilet to turn water off and on, which caused water to go from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor which caused my smoke dectector in the dinning room to catch fire, carpenters came and removed padding from my carpet and put nothing to replace until a week later, the bath tub had to be resurfaced which is still not working properly, light bulbs from the time I moved in just got changed, I've had the carpenters come to me home after business hours, I've had the lawn people so I was told leave a hose plugged up to the outside of my home with the hose thrown across my walk way into my neighbors grass and to top it all off I was informed yesterday that I had an outstanding water bill I never received a bill for. So no I don't recommend this place to anyone. The grass isn't always greener on the other side keep looking you'll find something.

I recently moved into Legacy Point Townhomes and I LOVE IT!!!! Best decision I ever made. The staff is exceptional, the property manager really cares about the property and the people who live here. Shea did my paperwork, and everything was ready when I got here. I read the reviews when I started my search and was hesitant to come in, but THANK GOD I DID!!!! I would recommend Legacy Point to anyone looking. The things said can not of been the whole truth, or like everyone says, there is always two sides to every story..either way, I am just glad I found this place and love calling it home!
