  I was with this company for 7 years. My experience was phenomenal. I had never been a landlord before. They guided me through the process as if I was a family member. They know this business well and can provide you amazing decision support and customer service. I am very thankful for the team of professionals at First Choice, especially Rob Kazen.

  Rob and his group are fantastic. I actually manage my own properties but Rob is always willing to share best practices. They do thing the right way. Its not about money with them, its about the relationship and taking care of people and problems. You can trust them as a tenant or property owner.

  Been waiting to get a response for 10 days now regarding a rental property, I've made 8 inquiries so far. 1st choice does not strike me as a very customer oriented company

  The best property management group in Texas. I have had 3 other land lords and property managers previously, that were nightmares. 1st choice is definitely a heaven sent. Fast repair response, always available to talk and quick response when you have a complaint. If I wasn't buying after my lease I would definitely rent with them again!

  Terrible company. Obviously all these reviews are from landlords who have retained 1st choice as their property managers or from people who are affiliated with them. I moved into one of their older homes in February 2017 and paid a $2400 deposit to move in. In May I got behind on rent and they sent a notice to evict to the house. The whole time I lived in the house they were doing repairs on the roof, the driveway had a crack in it when I moved in and water leaked daily down the street. My water bill was extremely high due to that and they gave me grief over it. I believe they scammed me out of my 2400 deposit. They are crooks. I hope they enjoy the money. Stay away from these people. If I could give them no stars I would.

  Excellent experience with 1st Choice, they were fast in finding tenants, the fees were reasonable and, for a newbie like me, their advise was welcomed and always felt unbiased. My property was in Arlington (sold it recently for reasons not related to my experience with Rob and 1st Choice). When dealing with rental property, there are always moments of frustration for whatever reason as the owner, Rob was always clear minded, calm and polite. It will always be appreciated.

  I submitted a maintenance request for two different issues on a Sunday - plumbing and a/c. Figured I'd hear back sometime Monday. The a/c repairman called me Sunday evening to set up a time for Monday morning! The plumber called Monday afternoon for a Tues appointment. I was very impressed with how quickly the issues were addressed since I submitted the request on Sunday. Good job folks! Thanks.

  We've been with 1st Choice since they took over a few years ago. They are amazing! The office staff is always helpful in any of our needs. The maintenance requests are handled promptly and by reputable service teams specializing in the area of service need. Top notch professionals providing caring and concerned service!   Excellent choice when looking to rent. My first property management company was horrible with maintenance response. First choice got our home after our first property management company went out of business. Not only did they go above and beyond as far as normal maintenance requests, But they also went out of their way to help with some much needed updates to the home even tho they had nothing to do with our initial move in .
  
  I never recommend companies this one I give it five stars and my personal recommendation.
