It's just another corporate restaurant. Nothing to write home about. I personally think it always smells a little stale, and looks just a little dingy, like it's not quite as clean as it could be. I had the chicken fried steak dinner. The dinner is huge, but my chicken fried steak was unchewable. They did however take it back and fix me a new one which was much better and they comped the meal which was good. I'm sure I'll go back because my dining buddy likes the vegetable plate.

Great family place to eat. Always great service and good food!

Usually wind up making friends with other patrons and really enjoy the environment. Wait staff and host(ess) are very friendly and professional. They are sweet to treat my lil' one so nicely.

Give it a try if you like comfort food You'll feel right at home!

Reasonably priced, nice waitress, not so noisy so I could hear my wife.

Our waitress could not have been more helpful! She kept her eye on our table, and made sure we were happy. The food was great.. my burger was amazing, and my fries were great. All six of us were pleased we chose this place and will return.

Food was reasonably priced, but unbelievably delicious! Our waiter was super attentive and nice, despite having several larger tables. He appeared equally attentive to all if his tables. Definitely worth it!

We used to get to-go here almost every Friday night for years. Over time the quality of the food and the accuracy of our orders has slipped into a spiral especially since the one in downtown Grapevine opened. They used to open and show you everything but not anymore. Multiple times we've been shorted something in the last 3-4 mo. even when it's checked off as put in the bag on the receipt stapled to it. Need to implement a quality process and bring the store back up to the standards it used to be.

Server )-: with an attitude, he had a complete disrespect when he waited on us today. The manager made it better, but this server lack respect for customers , smerking as he looked back towards my table.
I didn't get the server's name but I won't forget next time we visit the Cotton Patch on Hwy 121.

Walk in and looked up at ceiling fans ,they had about 1/4 inch dust on them, thankgoodness they weren't on. Made me wonder what kitchen looked like. Ordered appetizer and salad had to ask for salad. Then got desert and coffee,, had to remind them of coffee. Won't go back

This is a good place for a week night. Food is okay, a little "peppery" for my taste. I had the meatloaf, which is good. The potatoes and green beans were okay. My husband had a shrimp dish, which he really enjoyed. The baked squash was very good! The fried green tomatoes were also very good. My husband and I both ordered dessert. We asked that the desserts be warmed up (pecan pie). The pie was overheated to the point that the entire pie consistency wasn't right. Again, the food is okay and overpriced for what you get in my opinion. I'm from the deep south and this place has nothing on my grandmother's home cooking, but when you're wanting comfort food, this place will suffice.

The food was yummy as isual but the greatest part about lunch was our server. Riley offered amazing service always checking to see if the food was good, refilling glasses and asking if there is anything more he could do! Great job Riley Merry Christmas to you!
