We took our 43" LG TV in to see if it was worth repairing, and we're very pleased with the service. They got back to us the same day with an answer as to what the problem was, as well as an estimate and approximate time to get the repairs done. The price was very reasonable, and the Tv is working as good as new. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

I have known Robert and Palm Beach AV for many many years. As far back as when they were known as TVCR. They do incredible work. The staff courteous and the installers are very knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else for any of my audio / video needs. They get the highest recommendation from me that I could give any company.

I was looking for someone who could quickly help us rationale my elderly parents TV and all of their equipment. I usually only get resources through referrals but this time I went on line and found Robert Cassi and his company. He was amazing! He showed up the next day, figured out what my parents needed, and within 24 hours had his guys come to install everything. It has made such a difference in my folk's life. He is presently writing a "how-to" so they will remember how to use their new streamlined remote. I would highly recommend and will most definitely use him again!
