Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and had great recommendations. He was a pleasant and a pleasure to work with, but after that he disappeared. We had problems with our delivered sofa and it took over 2 months to get the parts for it.

My husband and I came into City Furniture looking for a new bed set for our home. While we were there we met Dori! She was very helpful and very professional. She was alsi very personable with a great sense of humor. Dori also had the most beautiful amethyst hair :)

We went in the city furniture with a product in mind. Adriana Aponte at the Wellington Mall location assisted us in finding the product in the store. We purchased the product the same day and she had it shipped to us in Miami the next day. The unloaders were at our place at 9:30am, unloaded everything within 10min. My family has used the company since 2005 to furnish all of our homes and apartments in both WPB and Miami.

Michael Saverino was my Sales Specialist extraordinaire! He eased the stress of deciding on nightstands that would compliment the Bernhardt bed I already owned. He even educated me on the features and benefits of the adjustable-base bedframe to enhance my sleeping experience. Michael exhibited patience, a pleasant demeanor (always), and professionalism at every interaction. I enjoyed shopping without the pushy sales approach. It made all the difference! Michael was also knowledgeable about the inventory and followed up with me after my furniture was delivered. The experience made me feel my needs and happiness were important. I plan on returning to City Furniture very soon to make an additional purchase!

Michael at the Wellington Green Mall was the sales associate who helped me in picking out my new bedroom set. He was AMAZING and helped put the finishing touches on it with a Bernhardt dining chair that worked fabulously as a bedroom desk chair! I'm extremely happy with all he did to help me. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my furniture and will definitely be back to ask for his help and advice in setting up my living room next! Thank you Michael and City Furniture for making the such an easy process. I recently purchased a bedroom set for my guest bedroom .My sales representative was Mr. Raymond Ho who far exceeded my expectations in knowledge and patience. I was uncertain about what would suit my needs and vacillated in my choices. I appreciated how he listened to my requests and went above and beyond to accommodate my budget and schedule.

There was a small glitch with the same day delivery but Mr. Ho went beyond the customary 'sorry can't do that', rather he reached out to upper management to see what could be done. We could not achieve same day delivery however everything was rescheduled to a satisfactory date and time .

I received my new bedroom set today and am thrilled. It looks wonderful . The delivery was quick and very professional.

My overall experience was top notch and outstanding and I am looking to purchase some additional furnishings and a dining set in the very near future. I view Mr. Ho as an experienced and trusted sales advisor and would highly recommend City Furniture for your furniture needs and most importantly do make sure to ask for Mr. Raymond Ho.
