I used to go here and buy some good stuff. The manager smells like cigaret which is not a good idea. One day i came in and it was almost closing time, the old lady just told me, btw we are closing now (in a rude manner) I usually go here every other day to get some good stuff. I always got lucky tho!

On the smaller side for a good will. Staff is helpful but selection is poor.

Very small store, but some decent items.however, the prices they charge are outrageous. A used pair of boots for $60. Folding lawn chairs had the retailers origanal tags and they just added a goodwill sticker and kept the retail price as if they are selling new items. Unbelievable high prices and the employee kept giving customers a countdown to closing time

As a customer who frequented this store, I was appalled at the treatment I received there today. I do not buy clothes there often, as the prices are high for used clothing in my opinion. I like to buy books for my infant son. Today, I found a children's box set in very used condition that I wanted to purchase. However, (and not for the first time) I could find it online cheaper (at the Barnes & Noble site, no less). It was only two dollars cheaper, and I thought perhaps they'd at least match the price. Well, they did, but the scene that was caused and the terrible, terrible attitude I received from the cashier and supervisor were unacceptable. I was nothing but polite and was embarrassed and ashamed for even asking.

After reviewing the listing online, the supervisor says, "These are used and ours are in pristine condition!"

"Ma'am, your books are also used." I flipped through the first book which had very rumpled pages that obviously stood out."

    "Well, that's just ONE book!"

I ended up paying $13.77 (as opposed to $15.99) and after I paid, the supervisor told the cashier to write 'no returns' on the receipt. This is after her telling me "What you're doing is wrong," as I paid. No customer should be treated the way these women treated me today. I will not be returning. If you want overpriced used clothes and poor customer service, then this is the place for you!
