  Uncooperative staff. Do not call before they deliver. If you are out of town when they deliver you get old flowers when you get back.

  I don't live in Logansport but my wife started working there about a year ago. I have used Warner's a couple of times and they always exceed my expectations. Their flowers always look as good or better than photo on the website and the flowers lasted longer than any flowers I have bought in the past. I would never hesitate to purchase from there again. Thank you for doing a great job.

  Warner's Greenhouse did a wonderful job creating the many different arrangements for my MIL's funeral service. All of the cut flower arrangements, graveside arrangements and potted plants were all so different and really beautiful. Thank you for taking the time to make sure there was a wide variety of colors and types of flowers. Mom would have loved them.

  They corrected the order and the flowers were beautiful! I don't live in Logansport and I called Warner's to deliver flowers to my mother and grandmother for Mother's Day. I called the Monday before and placed my order. Checked in with my mother on Thursday no Flowers. Checked again on Saturday and no flowers. I called them at 1 in the afternoon and they said that they were on the one of their many trucks for delivery and they never delivered! I called and they delivered the order. The owner was very gracious. They provide customer service like no other. Thank you!

  I placed an order through Teleflora on August 18 to have flowers delivered to my grandmother for her 90th birthday - to be delivered August 29th. Teleflora totally dropped the ball and I received a message from them on August 30th that they could not get the flowers delivered until Tuesday, September 2nd. I called Warner's directly and Peggy took care of me and assured me that she would get the flowers delivered immediately even though they were closing early for the labor day holiday weekend. I will never use Teleflora again and will use Warner's going forward. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to fix Teleflora's mistake. Thank you Peggy and Warner's Greenhouse!
