  Customer service isn't that great. See worker standing around talking a lot. Today when I was checking out they were talking about a customer the whole time and only turn to me to give me receipt. Prices are ok. Awesome price on the dog food I buy.

  My chain saw has been in their shop for two mounths and still not done they said the guy wjo works on them quit they need to get some good help i need my saw to cut firewood its getting close to winter

  I wouldn't even give it a star if that was an option. although the store itself and and bathrooms maybe clean or cleanish.
  Employees were terrible. Few were good but i just fewcmy customer service was not met at my standard's. TELLING ME I WAS WRONG IS UNACCEPTABLE. Why i will never know but one thing is for sure im not coming back AGAIN!!!!

  I needed a new mower and researched which one I wanted. I checked local businesses and found the one I wanted at this store. When I went in all the cheeper models was displayed in front, took me another 5-10 minutes to find the one I wanted, then I walked around the the store 3 times to find someone to help me with my mower that was on a display in a back corner. Still no help. went to lowes and someone greeted me and helped me out within seconds and I was out in less time than looking for someone. I spent $350 for my mower and was not going to complain, but when I buy my dog food there and the skid is empty, and once again I cant find someone, this is worth the time to complain. I will now have to go to wabash (out of my way) to buy my dog food since I'm next door to where I work! Thanks but no thanks for this location!!!!
