Don't waste your money. $175 for a FULL detail: outside inside shampoo the carpets. Theboutside looked fine:missed a few spots but when pointed out thy went back. The inside was a disaster. It looked nice st first but upon inspection the windows were not done-they were full of streaks and my husband had to redo them. The carpets looked clean but it is obvious they did not shampoo just wet and out back down. Now my car has a horrible smell which it didn't have before they touched it. Never again will I go back

I just brought my truck here for the first time in over a year. The reason I stopped was because of poor service and I had to ask them to reclean my truck 2 or 3 times every time. I thought I would give them a try again. When the guy brought my truck to me I asked him if it would pass his (the company standard) for a $42.86 wash. He said it would. I am on my second turn back for my truck to get clean. Mats have not been touched, dirt, hair and other items still all in the carpet, rims not touched, windows not clean. I can keep going on If you guys would just do the job you are being paid for, then everything would be ok. This will be the last time they get any of my money. Sorry TLC, you guys are not cutting it. TLC on Skibo Rd. 👎👎👎

I will not take my car back to TLC. Last few times was horrible. Several guys are working on one car and don't clean inside real good or even make sure the bugs and spots are off the exterior. I had to get the guy to vacuum the crumbs that was left wet from whatever they did to the center console. I had to make sure wheels are done and my windshield was not wiped well or even cleaned ! Still had marks on windshield as when I came in to clean it. The price I paid plus a tipwow! I am unhappy with this place. It would make. Difference if they would go back to one man to take care of one car at a time and the tip goes to him on the job done. But some of these men on the team will not clean good and one man is tryingit's unfair. But I am.not going back waste of money and time.

Rob personally made sure my vehicle was taken care of. He made sure that my Jeep Cherokee was clean inside and out. They are lucky to have someone like Rob to keep quality control under check. Without his quality control I doubt my vehicle would have been cleaned to my happiness. Ron's service and dedication to uphold the standard of clean vehicles has ensured that my Jeep Cherokee will be free of rust for the foreseeable future. Thank you Rob

Understand, that people are a lot more likely to make a negative review after an experience than a positive one. They handle a lot of vehicles, most of which are positive

Make sure you have an hour or longer to kill. This place takes forever. I came in at 10:00. 53 minutes later and counting, still looking at my car in the pack. Cost seemed high too. Used to getting outside and tires for $15 in Virginia. Here it was $25. I should've listened to the reviews.

This car wash is horrible. Just went through and paid for the $20 lava wash. The very last driver side spinner wasn't even working. Upon finishing the wash and talking to the manager he proceeds to tell me that that brush is just for backup and not even needed and that the motor was burnt out. Mind you there was another employee that came up to me first and I told him the brush wasn't working and showed him how dirty the side of the truck still was. He said "wow that makes sense now because on all the ones we are hand washing we are having to spray windex on the drivers side and wipe them all down". Even after running through a second time (the manager insisted) my truck is still dirty on both sides. Don't waste your time or your money at this car wash, you're better off doing it by hand in your driveway.

Horrible. If I could give negative stars then I would.

I paid for lava wash & shine as well as the super interior clean. $45.00. For the extra money it was no more clean than any other time I have been there and they had to take it back and clean it some more. Even after that, I had to take my vehicle around to the side and vacuum it out myself.

I paid at 10:50 am and the first time they told me it was ready was 12:10 pm and then it took 10-15 more minutes before they told me it was ready and that is when I went to the side of the building and vacuumed it out myself. When I asked why it took so long "we are short staffed today".

Will not go back and will never recommend to anyone.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. The wash tunnel had no soap. After I complained they sent my vehicle back through without fixing the soap, so it was pointless. When I pulled up, the employee was on the ground making out with two females when he should have been taking my ticket. Absolutely unprofessional establishment. I will never come here again.

Clearly management does not care for the negative feedback they are receiving. You I'll give it to you anyways. First I was told 30 minutes for an exterior and interior. I saw my car sit for 20 min and no one touched it. After waiting for 50 minutes I ask the cashier if she knew the status of my vehicle, of course she couldn't get a hold of the manager. I finally spoke to the manager and his answer was that the vehicle is on the assembly line. That it was next, when I told him that I have seen other vehicles come out the "assembly" line after mine and they are being cleaned, he started cleaning my car in front of me with out an apology. It took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get the car washed .

Thought prices were pretty good but the job was shot type. Asked for full interior vacuum, seat shampoo, and exterior clean. I know it's not supposed to be detailed cleaning quality clean but this is sad.

Paid for interior detailing over $90 for my conversion van and they tried to get by with only cleaning the carpet. The dash seats vents and literally every thing else wasn't even touched. I had to go in and complain about it to get what I paid for. Just goes to show always check behind people's work and don't let up till your satisfied. I won't be coming back here again I could have probably done as good a job myself for a lot less money.

Ok time for part two. After having been out to inspect the van for the second time I had to get the manager involved. The seats had still not been cleaned properly and the vents were still dirty he was very polite and said he was going to put another detailer on the job. That's all fine and dandy but now it's been over 4 hours and the jobs still nowhere near done. Please have a professional do your detailing it may cost a little more but you can sit at home and it will be done right by someone who takes pride in their work.

If I could give no stars I will. They did a poor job, My car still dirty and looks like they just put armor all everywhere to cover the dirt. I returned the car because between the doors was dirty and the rims too. They took it again and all they did was put armor all on top of it. The inside was suppose to be vacuumed and it was a poor job, still having stuff over my seats and floor. I will never go again, waste of $57 that could get a better job anywhere else.

Good service. Decent amount of seating inside. It was kind of busy, but it was the first warm day so I understand. Detailed the car pretty good. I had no complaints. Even had seating outside close to the building and close to the road. A lot of restaurants close by. Even Chic-Fil-A.

Took my F150 there for an interior detail. Right off the bat she asked for the $80 bucks up front which is a little odd to me. But then she asked if I wanted to add a tip to the card. Seriously? Tip before hand? I picked up my truck two hours later. They left the plastic on the drivers seat, all my mats were in the back floor board, both front seats were pushed all the way forward and they switched my radio to a hip hop station and left it. Just this morning I pulled out my tray cup holders and it was untouched. I'm never going back.
