Enjoyed the race cars with family. Also played several games; including table hockey, video games and "crane" challenges. Look forward to returning.

Race on the go-karts before playing laser tag, mini-bowling, and arcade games for a night filled with excitement. My family loves coming to The WEB because there is something for everyone to enjoy!

From the young man that answered the call to set up my daughters party, to the hostess, everything was great. My daughter and her friends truly enjoyed their time.

Great place! We are from Boston and compared to places there this is a great place. Very friendly staff, clean and the food was good and not that expensive.

Took my boys here for their birthday. We had a blast. The front reception team was awesome. The girl was able to package our activities so we paid less than a la carte. We will definitely be going back

Great variety of games. Go carts are very fun but the length of time is too short. More classic arcade and pinball games would be a plus.

This place is very nice, fun, and there's so much to do! I highly recommend taking your kids or going with a big group of friends on a Friday night because you get so much "bang for your buck"! It's $20, and you get unlimited attractions which include putt putt, bowling, go karts, laser tag, some rock wall game, and I believe one or two others, AND they're all endless! The only downside to the Friday night deal is you do not get video games from it, but that isn't a big issue. This is a fun Friday night thing to do, and I definitely recommend trying it out!

Lots of family fun. It is affordable enough to go and spend time doing games and activities. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The attraction prices here are pretty good if you come for the specials. The food, however, is way overpriced and not very good. The go karts are slow. The best thing here is their awesome laser tag arena. Come for that.

Had my son's birthday party at The Web yesterday and was very disappointed with the experience. The party started out fine. We started with mini golf and then our hostess came to get us to go back to the room for cake. She went to get a knife and came and handed it to me. I didn't realize I was expected to cut and serve the cake to the kids. Even though I thought it was odd, I did it. Next we were headed to Laser Tag. We went into the briefing room and I left to go the viewing area and my husband stayed with the kids. He came to tell me that we were not alone in the laser tag arena. We had a group of 12 six year olds. They put adults and teenagers in our same group and it was jam packed! I was not happy and went to talk to a manager about it. She was confused about the situation because she was under the assumption that birthday parties were alone in the laser tag. I have been to a party before where we were the only ones in the arena. I would have been fine with other young kids in there, but not teenagers and adults. My son came out of the arena and said someone ran into him and he got hit in the face. Then, to make things worse, when the kids came out we had one kid missing. When the parent mentioned it to the party host, her response was "Don't worry, he'll come out." The mom went in to get the child and he was sobbing because he had been left alone inside. Completely unprofessional. Except for getting the pitchers of drinks, and leading us to the activities, I don't think the hostess did anything else. I was very disappointed with our experience. I am someone who very rarely complains about anything and this was definitely the worst birthday experience we have ever had. When I expressed my concerns to a different manager at the time of payment, all I was told was that they were "very sorry this happened." I will definitely not be recommending The Web to anyone in the future.

Went there with little siblings. We were told that they could not ride in the go carts unless they where 10 years old and over 65 inches. Me and my brother went and there were children appearing to be under the age of 10 and were shorter than 65 inches. Although the food was great and the games were fun.
