Nice and clean pretty old school but beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Pretty good overall and a good price has an old smell to it and the staff were pretty nice.

I’m a Road Warrior and have stayed in lots of Big nationwide Motels/Hotels CHAINS. This is one of the CLEANEST and Well keep places I’ve ever stayed at. CLEAN Comfortable rooms. It’s run by a Friendly owner. I WILL stay here again. And btw did I mention it’s SUPER CLEAN.

Great location because it's close to my family in Shelburne and two of my favorite places to eat (Archies and Dutch Mill) and the rooms are really nice and cozy!

Old school motel. Clean comfortable and suited our needs well. Breakfast is offered at the restaurant with the windmill next door. Good eats there. Would stay again.

It's a very well kept and clean motel and all the staff was really nice. Our room had a microwave and mini refrigerator. We also got coupons for continental breakfast at the nearby Dutch Mill restaurant. Beware that you'll be sorely tempted to order more from their menu. There were picnic tables in the back area where we had a few meals. The pool was a big plus.

A quaint, classic 1950s motor court motel. Rooms are small but very clean. Breakfast is included but only a coffee and English muffin. They should consider a slightly higher rate for a full breakfast. The rate was substantially less than the big boys and definitely a place with character. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. A little like traveling back in time.

I love this place. I have been twice now, both times to attend a parent's weekend in Burlington. Ron, at the desk, is so nice, and patient, and accommodating. Lisa is lovely and we had a nice chat about college-age children. The place itself is well maintained and meticulously clean. I have only stayed in the front rooms so far but there are others with a pool view. The shower has great water pressure - a big plus in my book! It is just right. It is neither fancy nor kitschy, but a clean and pleasant place that I recommend most highly.
