I love this hotel! Personal service, everything seems clean and you don't get that gross stale cigarette smell everywhere you go in the building like some inexpensive hotels. Overall it's a good value, there are great restaurants nearby, and it's close to the fun in Burlington without the loud traffic. You get what you pay for and a little more.
Just go to the motel 6 !! BLOOD ON TOWELS OWNER WAS RUDE . DO NOT GOOO. Pay the extra 10 $ trust me. Tv don't work, no ice . Came home with food to put in fridge don't work. 20 $ of food gone bad. I went to tell the owner he didn't care . Told me I had to tell him to turn on fridge when I check In. Who does that ? Seriously don't stay dirty hair in sink stuff on floors . No common decency . Phone didn't even work in room no one to call at night if u have issues. I understand ur a family business but you lack of even scale of hospitality. I asked for 10 $ back Nopenope . Cheap cheap cheappp. Will not be back and will warn others.
They charge you 65 a night and kick you out if you use the heat or air conditioner. You pay for a week in advance and they don't want to reimburse you after they kick you out. Worse place ever. They also do not allow you to have company while you are there either. They watch every move you make. Not a good place to stay
Nice place but a little far out of the way if you need to go to downtown Burlington
Budget motel. Air and fridge were turned off until I check in at 10pm, took a while but it did eventually work. Reasonable price. No real view despite the claim. The motel is run by a Tibetan and has some Tibetan cultural items on the walls.
unless you want to sleep in a sauna, go elsewhere. Poor customer service. AC and fridge don't work. Small windows that don't really allow much air in..stayed two nights. The maids only made one bed even though both were clearly slept in.
All kinds of great things on the menu and all kinds of great wines and beer wish I found them sooner during my 6th day in Vermont
Clean, quiet, affordable easily accessible to the downtown area. Owners friendly and helpful.
Very friendly people. Nothing fancy, but shouldn't be - it's a great value. Clean, comfortable, with quality tv. If you need a clean safe comfortable place to crash, this is an excellent deal.
Room was clean and simple. Staff was very friendly. Was not expensive. Supported a local business instead of a big chain.
Rented one night here and it was perfect as a value hotel can be. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and the price was right. Nothing bad to say.
Okay, I am a young African-American male. Didn't have any problem with the hotel itself, but the guy at the front desk borderline racist. Both me and my fiance (who is caucasian) couldn't help but notice that the guy would KEEP saying "no weed smoking" or "no drug use" Really? I haven't smoked in a dogs age, but moreover, when I left (after paying for a room for the night) to the store, I receive a call from the guy asking where I am and if I'd be staying I mean, I am NOTORIOUS for paying for rooms that I don't use (sarcasm). Very weird and unsettling experience.
At first glance rooms seemed cleaned and the lady that took the reservation was nice. The next morning we had issues, we found an old used pair of boxers in the sheets and a shoe under the bed. We pulled the sheets completely off and found bed bugs and blood on the sheet. We went to the front office to talk with the owners and when we expressed our concerns he stared to yell at us and tell us that we brought the bed bug, underwear, and shoe with us so that we could get our money back. This is ridiculous and inappropriate for a owner to act like this and treat a paying guest with such disrespect. DO NOT STAY HERE!
