Nice place, super friendly and helpful staff. The pool area is nice also. Only downside is the wifi is useless, it has a browser login wall which prevented me from ever connecting

Cute clean spacious rooms, good service, really good breakfast and a fireplace in our room. Great affordable place for a family of eight. Also pet friendly.

I gave Sonesta 5 stars based on my expectation of a hotel in this price range. It exceeded all of my expectations. It was clean and updated with the whitest linens I've ever seen. It's always a bonus when you don't cringe before getting in bed. The pillows are amazing, mattresses are pretty darn good too. The free breakfast offers far more than the typical continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the kitchen. Other guests were very friendly, it was quiet and felt like a safe area. The pool was very clean and was not overly chlorinated. The location was very convenient and only a short drive to all of the amenities in Burlington and Williston. I would highly recommend Sonesta and would stay again!

I have been here for a travel assignment and everyone has been great. My son and I have truly felt at home here. Good breakfast nice dinners and always a courteous front desk staff. If I had to visit Vermont again I will definitely stay at Sonesta

my wife and I along with a number of friends have been coming here for 3 years now. Last year the hotel under went renovations which naturally increased the price to stay per night. We have been given the same rate each time we stayed years prior, and decided to call to inform them of this and they verified the same. We also included that we would be coming with a party of 6. I spoke with the GM (Gael?) and he was readily willing to give us the same price to stay for the weekend at the property! This was a very classy and show of good business on his/their part. The rooms are in great shape and the little kitchen areas are perfect for keeping some snacks and drinks in during the weekend. The bed is VERY comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt. We have no desire to stay elsewhere when we visit the Burlington area when we come up yearly (sometimes twice a year) Only staying at Sonesta!

Comfortable, beautiful room. Friendly but incompetent and very slow service. It took almost 45 minutes to check in due to a "lost" reservation.

Place was great. Has the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had! We had an issues with repeatedly finding bees in our room If not for that I would have given a higher rating. Customer service was outstanding about our issue with the room!

Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Best hotel shower I've ever had. The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities including plates, bowls and things to cook with. We had a couple issues with cleanliness but nothing too bad. We love this place.

The suites were very nice and modern, offering two bathrooms and enough beds to fit 8. I've never seen a hotel with that much capacity. It even had a second floor. I stayed at a suite in willington Vermont, and I loved it. One problem, we got to our first room and there were a few problems, but the next one was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and the breakfast tasted great. I do wish they washed the dishes more, as there was dust on their glasses. Loved it and would totally recommend and come back.

Attractive, clean, comfortable beds and updated furnishings. Decent buffet breakfast. Good value for the money. Plumbing needs attention. Toilet issue did not get satisfactorily resolved even after we notified housekeeping on the first day of our stay.

The service was excellent. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pool and gym were well kept. They even have a BBQ and fire pit outside. A great place to stay with the family.

I brought my son & 2 of his friends for a 2 day one night vacation. This hotel was in a perfect location for our activities. The loft room was a great price, very clean, & incredibly comfortable! The boys loved the pool & hot tub. I enjoyed an incredible nights sleep. The continental breakfast was incredible as well! All the staff were met on our short stay was very friendly & helpful. The grounds were well kept & we didnt hear other guests & hopefully they didn't hear my loud kids either! We all very much enjoyed our stay. I'm looking for a reason to go back!

If you are looking for a place that is in the middle of what's happening, look somewhere else.

This place is secluded. And I was fine with that.

I stayed in the loft-styled room. A little drafty on the first floor but the heat was adjustable and made up for that. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Nice place but the in room/shower has shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel dispenser on the wall in shower. Ours upstairs was completely empty. The one for my kids down stairs had 1 shampoo & 2 conditioner. I was charged $20 more than what I was quoted & booked for. Upstairs is nice & cozy yet my kids froze down stairs in the loft room. There was dried blood in 2 spots on shower curtain. What looked like dried lotion or toothpaste all over the wall by upstairs sink. The lay out of the buildings makes it very hard to find your room. Cause only numbers are 3 inches high and not easily visible. I will never pay $227 for 1 night lodging at this place ever again.
