Great place. Great service. Very clean. When they refreshed our room they did a full cleaning which was nice. However one function on massage chair did not work. Multiple functions on hot tub did not work, or did not work well. There was also hair and specks of dirt in the hotel tub. Hot tub didn't stay hot very long. Hot tub and massage chair did not come with instructions so we had to call. Steam shower was phenomenal. Otherwise great experience. FYI: they require you to have the same card at check in that you used to to purchase the room with or they will not let you check in. Additionally, they charge you for the room the day of making the reservation, even if 6 months ahead of time, and do not even offer a grace period to cancel. Overall would definitely recommend, even with the minor problems.

The rooms are individual, clean and amazing. They provide an in unit pool, hottub, steam room and waterfall. They have wine and wine glasses. They provide robes and mints. There is also a fireplace in the bedroom along with a massage chair. I would highly recommend Sybaris for a romantic or relaxing getaway.

Pleasantly surprised not at all what I expected. Wish I had stayed there sooner the commercials do not do it justice at all. The pool suite is amazing. Tranquil and serene and warm and cozy and intimate yet roomy. The pool area is so cute and comfortable wish I could afford to stay a week. You truly feel like you are on a tropical vacation. The waterfall is just beautiful. It is not a hotel or motel but actually individual bungalow/private "houses" with your own parking spot. Staff is friendly. There are no phones in the rooms. There are fridges and tv in.rooms.

I loved it here. Stayed for 4 hours during the day. It was not enough time, me and my girlfriend never wanted to leave.
Absolutely would recommend everyone to go here. The TV is pretty bad quality and I would highly recommend upgrading it. Out of a 10 this gets a 9.9999 because the only issue was the TV was blurry a bit. But if they address that. It's easily a 10/10 in my book.
If you have doubts on whether to come here or not, trust me. It will be so worth it.!

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was nice and the staff really values your privacy. They will come and clean your room if you request. We also received 6 boxes of chocolate for our stay.

This place is great for a really romantic night with your SO. My boyfriend and I stayed in the paradise suite and definitely enjoyed all the amenities! The pool was clean and changed different colors with the lighting. There is also a sauna, whirlpool, and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be coming here more often !

Perfect! Wonderful ambiance! The best massage chair I have ever experienced. The bedding was like a cloud. The photos on the site do it justice. Also nice that you get your own cottage ( not attached to another). It was a good location that was less that an hour away from Chicago ( unless your in traffic) but had a nice woodsy area behind it but still in an area with plenty of restaurants and others places nearby.

Stayed here on our wedding night in April. When we booked the room, we told them it was our wedding night and they placed a red rose with many rose petals on the bed, champagne, balloons, and t-shirts in our room. What a great surprise! It was a great, quiet night. We had a stretch limo and it was able to maneuver around the windy, narrow road just fine. We will be back very soon.

Awesome experience my
Girl Friend got us a room here for my 29th Birthday and I mean this was by far the best birthday of my entire life. The staff was amazing an our room was picture perfect. Nice in door pool with chocolate covered strawberries an most importantly an amazing night with the women I love

The staff was incredibly helpful upon our arrival, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time away. We stayed two nights, and couldn't have asked for a better getaway. The staff is there when you need them, and leave you to your privacy should you need nothing more. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Nice little get away place. Jacuzzi was clean and lots of fun. Absolutely love the shower. I love the fact that unlike a traditional hotel you can play your music as loud as you want because you're in your own cove. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would have liked it to be a little more mordern. Other than that love this place and will go back.
