The hotel is near several malls and lots of places to eat. We love the area and the hotel. The room we stayed in has a 42 inch tv, a roomy shower w/ white fluffy towels. They have a buffet breakfast and a bar in the lobby. We are going to come back here again..

We had a wonderful experience at the Hyatt Place while in town for our nephew's wedding. Excellent customer service and very nice accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. The room has hook ups for any device I could’ve wanted to bring. The breakfast was good, everything a hearty breakfast should be which is nice.

Typically I stay up the street when I am visiting for work, but thought I would try out HP. So glad I did! Staff incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my three night stay. The property is clean and maintained, the rooms big. They have complimentary breakfast, as well as dining options throughout the day and a bar in the lobby. My room was on the second floor, I never heard a peep and had great sleep quality. Would stay again for sure!

Clean and comfy. Room was great. Even the sofa bed was comfy. Only thing I didn't like was the size of the bathroom. Pulled the door over my toes several times. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff that put up with us till early in the morning. Wedding party with a block of rooms. They were great. Would stay again

Had a GREAT stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern-things I look for. The room I was in also had a joining room, that is a big plus too bad they didn't note that on the website maybe I missed it. We needed that but my other son slept on the couch which was big and room enough he didn't even have to pull out the couch will be back again. Pool was on the smaller side along with the gym room but all good. A very small little bar for drinks. The breakfast no complaints. Would recommend.

Breakfast and bar does not offer much. Rooms were good but the bathrooms are tiny. I have been to other Hyatt properties and in comparison to those, this was a disappointment.

The phone service could have been better. They got both my email and last name wrong in their system twice. Once the hiccups we're fixed though, the room was lovely and affordable. No further issues with service during my stay.

Having stayed at a Hyatt previously, we went in with high expectations that I can say were met one again. We came for a wedding and were part of a group, so we had the king room and another of the bridal party had the double Queen. Both rooms were spacious, bright clean and refreshing. They use warm colors and have soft and comfy sheets and cushions making the room inviting despite the modern look. Most modern designed hotels use cool colors and seem too pristine, where again this felt warmer and welcoming. The staff was helpful and always smiled. Breakfast was exactly as expected, warm "real food" plentiful choices (we had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and pancakes) that didn't seem like the store bought microwaveable variety. The coffee too felt more home brewed than store bought. Back to the rooms, the beds were just firm enough and the blankets were warm with easy to control temperature controls. The pillows were a bit lacking and mostly mush but that's the only negative I have for the room. There's plenty of lights to brighten the room and many ports and plugs for all our electronics (two phones and a tablet) to be plugged in at once. There was a spacious closet and wet bar with mini fridge but only a single 3 drawer cabinet (which wasn't bad for us since we didn't use it but it is less than other hotels I've stayed at). Bathrooms were moderately sized utilizing the space more for the shower than the thrown but I'd rather a more spacious shower myself. The king had a full size shower, the double Queen had a full sized tub. We were away from the elevator, which was quiet but I'm sure if we were closer we would hear anything above a regular conversation through the door. Overall though I'll continue to stay at Hyatt hotels because they continue to meet my expectations. They're warm, comfy, affordable and have one of the best included breakfasts.

The location was great, right off the highway. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Didn't order any room service.

The value was excellent. The suite was nicely decorated and well laid out. The beds were divine. I laid down on my right side and before I knew it my husband was waking me up after 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep! I hadn't MOVED in 6 HOURS! Something I haven't experienced without the aid of drugs in decades! For me, that was a miracle! My only regret was that I hadn't booked it for more nights.
