  Called about a leak in the roof and was told they would Be out the next day three days I’m still waiting never return our second call. Called another contractor

  do not use these people!!!!
  it's a scamthey sell u on the job then they out source it to the cheapest crew of guys they can find and pay them cash!
  so they come in and destroy your property then when u ask for their insurance information and licensing for their business they give u the run around!!
  IF U DO DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY GET THEIR INFORMATION UP FRONT AND CALL THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY TO CHECK THAT THEY ARE UP TO DATE!
  THEN MAKE SURE THE CREW OF GUYS THEY SEND ARE ACTUALLY EMPLOYED BY THE COMPANYMAKE SURE YOUR HOME SO U CAN STOP WORK IF ITS BEING RUSHED!
  COMPANIES LIKE THIS ONLY GIVE A CASH CREW 1 DAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB SO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY ABD THESE GUYS ONLY SHOW UP TO COLLECT THE MONEY!!
  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON I PROMISE YOU IT WILL BE A COSTLY MISTAKE!!!

  We contacted SWS Roofing for damage to our roof caused by a strong wind and hail storm. After inspection, the roofing inspector advised us to contact our insurance company and schedule a meeting with the adjuster. I did this and informed SWS of the date and time the insurance adjuster would be at our home. This appointment was also confirmed with SWS a second time as well. To my disappointment, SWS never came as scheduled and I never received a call or even a message that they would be unable to be present. It would have been helpful to have a roofing contractor present on our behalf while the insurance adjuster was inspecting the roof.

  I called, they arrived same day with a quote, two days later job was completed.
