Sweetwater has great prices, brands, service and their staff knows their stuff. No question about it. Literally the best place to check things out. Their multiple separated showrooms let you jam out without the whole world listening to you totally hose a drum solo, lol. So yeah the showroom is second to none and their prices are great. Little known fact if you are there you can grab a bit to eat in their phenomenal little cafeteria. It's shockingly good and cheap to boot. Really cool place i suggest you ask for a tour when you visit it's incredible and they have a rad giant slide for adults. Oh yeah that got some use. Twice

Everything about this place is amazing. It's to the point where I live 5 minutes away from Sam ash and guitar center but I go of my way and drive 2 hours from Indy to make my purchases here. The employee knowledge, hospitality and overall environment is top notch and something you can't find anywhere else. I purchased two guitars over a year from here and I worked with Randy. Both times were excellent experiences. When I purchased my first guitar here, it was my first time visiting and Randy gave me an excellent tour of the place and answered every question or concern I had. He put the guitars I wanted on hold both times and I'm happy with the results. During the tour I passed through the area where they train their employees. It seems like a long and rigorous training process but you really see it on the floor when talking to an employee. Everyone working here knows what they are talking about and its clear that everyone loves working there. It just goes to show how much effort the owner puts to make it a good place to work for his employees. I will continue to make the 2 hour drive to make any big purchases because I know the experience will always be worth it. Thanks Randy and thanks Sweetwater!

I have bought 95% of my music gear from these guys over the past 10 years. Their customer service is the BEST!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and not afraid to tell me when they don't have an immediate answer to my question… but always able to GET the answer by end of day. When gear arrives at my office, it's packaged to survive a full on missile attack! Sweetwater is not afraid to spare a little extra expense to ensure that my investments are well protected during transport… and for that I'm eternally grateful! I've had the amazing privilege to visit the Sweetwater store and was amazed that even on a minimally staffed Saturday, someone dropped what they were doing and gave my wife and I the full blown, VIP tour. It's so refreshing to work with a music retailer that truly understands what customer service is all about; not to mention they're able to get the best price on 99.99% of anything pro audio you can think of!

AMAZING!!! I live in NC but was visiting the Ft Wayne area for the holidays so I decided to check out Sweetwater. I asked them to pull 3 guitars, that were not on display, so I could decide on the one I wanted. The staff were happy and ready to help and while waiting for the guitars to be brought up front there was plenty to explore. Acoustic, electric and bass guitars all have their separate rooms with all the amps you could want to try. And if you don't see it ask someone. They even have a small shop for used equipment. Next trip I will visit again.

Sweetwater is like Disneyland for musicians. With everything from an arcade for the kids and Crescendo coffee you won't find this rare gem anywhere else. Their concierge is amazing and so helpful. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Prices are incredible and so competitive with other music retailers. Their sales team is goes above and beyond with their service and let's not forget very order gets free candy Love love love this place.

Of course, Sweetwater is 5 stars! The place bursts with excellence at every front. Great retail store and staff. Incredible selection of gear. Returns are no hassle. Gear Fest is wonderful. My son likes to go over to play ping pong or pool from time to time. It is one of the most creative energy places I've ever visited. I'm so glad they are in my home town!

Such a wide range of choices in just about every aspect of the music industry, with such passionate workers, it's no wonder the company is booming. Looks like the performance center out in the back is new and quite the set up! Saw Rusted Root there and it was very comfortable for those who needed to sit and plenty of room to move around if you wanted to be out of the crowd

Showroom, selection, studios, customer service, warranty, everything about this place is five-star or better. I've ordered gear numerous times, and it's been the best customer experience of any company I've dealt with. Had one opportunity to test their 2-year service guarantee, and it held true. Visited the campus once, and very impressed. Close friends of mine had an album recorded and mastered here, and once again—excellent!

Excellent customer service when selecting a drum set for our son. Could not have been more helpful. Every time we are there we are greeted with a smile and hello but then left to browse until we want help. Not pushy, but also don't ignore you. Just the right amount of "let me know when you need something, and I'll check back with you in a bit to make sure you're doing ok" attentiveness. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about their particular areas and will find someone who knows the instrument you need help with if they don't.

This place is an amazing place to take the family for some free fun. They allow you to play the instruments as long as kids are closely monitored. They also have a small free arcade with a pool table, foosball table pinball, video games and mini golf. There is also a virtual reality game and an indoor slide from the second floor to the first. A cafeteria with some pretty awesome food. A spa and medical clinic. My kids always beg to go back. I like to go there because I like to take pictures of my kids in our life and this is a pretty awesome place.

Sweetwater Music has a great music gear and amazing customer service! First of all, they had the speaker cab I wanted; furthermore, It was $50 dollars cheaper than anywhere else on the internet. Immediately after my purchase, I recieved a follow up call to confirm my purchase and finalize shipping plans. I really appreciated the follow up call to confirm my order, for my purchase was rather expensive. I will definitely be coming back for gear!!!Matthew from St. Pete, Florida

What can I say about Sweetwater?! It is the greatest music store on the planet! I have purchased a couple of guitars from them, I have had two amplifiers repaired, I take music lessons there and I eat in their café.
Let's talk about the buying experience. I purchased a guitar from Brian and one from Mitch. Both are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the instruments that they are selling. They never pressured me I asked them for their opinion and they gave me what I felt was an honest opinion.
Sweetwater provides music lessons and I happen to take guitar lessons from Kenny Taylor. Not only is Kenny one of the greatest guitarist in Fort Wayne, he is a phenomenal teacher. I had an accident which prevented me from going in for a lesson and Kenny dropped off lessons to me. Just honestly one of the greatest guys that I know.
I collect lab series amplifiers… I know kind of odd, but I have picked up a couple of them from music stores out of state and have had Sweetwater check them out to make sure everything was in proper working order before I plugged them in. One of them needed some power supply repairs that would've caused some serious issues had I plug it in.
How good could the food be in a music store?? Well I will tell you. They work very hard at making great lunch specials and they have awesome soup. They are always very polite and helpful. I had mentioned I had an accident and they carried my tray to and from my table to help me out.
When I had came back in the store after my motorcycle accident, as I was walking in with my guitar in one hand and using my walker, one of the receptionist, Julia came running over to help me with my guitar.

What a fantastic company! For an online music retailer, they truly provide the best customer service in country. I recently purchased a 4-string electric bass. They took the time to set up the instrument's intonation and action prior to shipping. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered guitars from musicians friend and I had to spend hours setting it up before it was playable. Also, they took great care in packaging the instrument. Musicians friend just ships guitars in the factory box. Sweet water placed the manufacturer's box in a larger box that was properly packaged with dense foam to ensure my instrument was not damaged in shipping. Thanks guys, you're the best.

Make no mistake about it. Sweetwater is the premier place to visit for musicians and aspiring musicians alike. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff are aplenty and always ready to lend a hand. They treat customers with respect throughout the location. These are just some of the many reasons why I am a frequent customer here.
