I️ Absolutely Adore This Hotel. There Was A Small Mishap My First Stay But General Manager Kristy Went Above And Beyond To Provide Excellent Customer Service. The Rooms Are Spacious And Unique. If Your Looking Something Nice And Affordable This Is The Place To Be. Breakfast Is An Added Bonus..So Many Things To Choose From. Definitely My New Favorite Home Away From Home.
My dad stays here because they have a nice rewards program and are very pet friendly. When we went to pick him up their pool was out of commission and all their vending machines were out of order. Just minor inconveniences.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and we'll maintained, no blood or unexpected stains on sheets. The bed is firmer than I'd like but I prefer a pillow top. The pool is not as heated as I'd like but that's a minor thing. Their breakfast is a great variety, many fresh options, the eggs are definitely not real but you can't expect them to have a fry cook in the back. Laundry is accessible but you have to be quick about getting in there. It's in a plaza with plenty of food options and things like nail salons and a gas station. They are very dog friendly! Bring your babies with you! Overall it's been a great extended stay (about two weeks) and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a stress free stay in a CLEAN place!
Friendly staff, well maintained property, clean rooms. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance, along with a gas station. We have had some poor experiences at other LaQuinta properties during that past year, but this one restored our expectations. Recommended
Clean rooms, great breakfast, really nice lobby! The front desk girls were outstanding and the entire place was extremely accommodating considering the short notice we had to find a place! Fantastic location as well. Pizza and Starbucks within walking distance!!!
Staff was good but didn't communicate well with each other. Room had clearly been smoked in before even though it's non smoking. Big rooms but not the cleanliest.
I had a good experience for 3 days. The employees were very nice, the room was nice and clean. Very convenient to anything most every one would need. I will stay there again if the occasion comes up. Thank you.
Staff was very friendly, room clean and very nice. Was staying here for a cat show, and the box spring had a hole town into it that allowed my cats to get in there, but that was done by a previous occupant, so not their fault. The one thing that was really upsetting, when we returned from dinner at about 9:30 pm on 4/14/17, there was a large group of people with children having what appeared to be a pizza party in the lobby breakfast area. My room was right off the lobby, and the children ran up and down the hallway, yelling and being very loud until nearly midnight. I should have called the front desk, but after driving all day I was just too tired. The front desk staff may want to be more mindful of situations like this in the future.
Having stayed with La Quinta multiple times across the country, we opted for this hotel for our overnight stay in Fort Wayne. We arrived quite late, but was still welcomed with great service. The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't too cold. We were able to take advantage of the breakfast the next morning, enjoying sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and a waffle. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of dogs staying at the hotel.
Horrible. I should also add that we are La Quinta Rewards members. Broken sofa bed. No lotion. We were told they were waiting for the delivery. Same thing we were told in Feb. Insulation and broken gutters in the dog walk area. Still no poop bags. Something we were told they would have on our Feb. stay.
We will give it one more try on our way back in 2 weeks. Hopefully everything will be great and this one night was just a fluke.
Nice hotel except in December we found out they took out their hot tub. Very disappointing since that's one of the reasons we liked going.
Clean and a decent breakfast. There was a problem with our reservation and the late night attendant was less than helpful. The other staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was decent, the hot tub no longer exists.
We booked in person at the hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Amanda, the young woman at the desk, was very helpful. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. Also, this hotel is pet friendly! If you are a road warrior with a four-legged friend, this is a great place for you!
Service was good! Breakfast was sufficient. Room was clean. CAUTION: there is no longer a hot tub.. and there was a sign saying pool would be closed for renovations Nov 27-Dec 27?? Double check with them before u going if you plan to utilize the pool. Location is good also; walking distance to several.
