Suwanee Animal Hospital has been our family's veterinarian for almost a decade. The staff is easy to work with, the doctors are friendly and proficient, and it's obvious that everyone involved loves animals. The office is convenient, clean, and parking is easy. Most importantly, both dogs we've brought here have received great care and treatment. Everything from routine checkups, to major surgery, and unfortunately, having to put our first dog down. I've never felt like they've pushed us to expensive surgery or treatment options, rather they lay out the appropriate treatment scenarios and advise us accordingly, often with the "if this was my dog" guidance in helping us choose what to do. In summary, we're pleased all around and plan to continue using Suwanee Animal Hospital.

I have been going here for years with many pets. They never push me into treatment I don't feel is necessary. They always make me feel that they understand money can be an issue. Always willing to discuss alternatives treatments to give the lowest possible cost. They treat my animals very gentle and with much care. I have never walked out of the office disappointed with Vets or any staff. Even the reception area staff is caring. I had to put one of my dogs down after finding out he was past the point of care from having cancer. Many days after I received a condolence card in the mail signed by all the staff. That is common but the uncommon thing was it had my dogs paw print on the card. That was so sweet and unexpected. I love this Vet and will not go anywhere else.

My wife and I recently purchased a puppy our neighbor recommends Suwanee animal hospital I called the next day and was seen that day. The staff was very polite and helpful over the phone answered my questions and set the appointment. I arrived a few hours later filled out the necessary paperwork while doing this several staff members greeted myself and Ace with nothing but love. We were placed in a room awaiting the Doctor for a very brief time the Doctor arrived did a phenomenal job along with his assistant gave Ace an A+ educated me and the rest is history needless to say I will continue to be a patient here and recommend this facility to all my friends and family.

The Staff on the phone is always courteous and flexible to fit an appointment with my schedule. The Assistant who came in first was professional and then when Dr. Watson came in he had read the chart so I didn't have to repeat myself (unlike human doctor's offices). Dr. Watson was very thorough and informative. They gave me a printed quote before I made a decision to move forward. The whole process was very smooth and accommodating. I highly recommend!

I love Suwanee Animal Hospital. They have excellent staff who are always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and you can tell they really care about animals. I highly recommend them. We have multiple pets, and they are all on the convenient wellness plan that Suwanee Animal Hospital offers. Ask them about it!

I've been taking my hounds to SAH for many years. Dr. Lowery and the staff have always taken great care of my girls. Their service is fast and friendly and it's easy to get an appointment. Ask about their pet care plans too - they're worth checking out!

Dr. Joe and McKenzie both did a great job with our cat's check-up today. They were both very gentle with her and both gave thorough explanations about what they were doing during each step of the process. She seemed very much at ease with them, as well as other staff on prior visits. We have taken our cats to Suwanee Animal Hospital for several years and we have always been satisfied with their service and professionalism.

Suwanee Animal Hospital is a small but busy clinic on Buford Hwy in Suwanee GA. They're not a big corporate outfit so it has this nice family owned country doctor vibe. Lots of lab equipment and machinery on site so you don't have to wait for lab results or go to one of the specialty clinics. All of the doctors and technicians have great bedside manner. My cats have their favorites but I'm confident in the level of experience that is present here so I usually ask for a first available appointment if there's something urgent. Dr. Pan and Kaylin recently treated two of my geriatric cats. Both are stable and doing well. I couldn't ask for better service. Don't go to one of the corporate vets. You won't get the service that you get here.

Wonderful people and honestly if you have a problem that you want to go to the vet for and it is something out of the norm I would suggest coming here. Dr Joe is one of a few vets I've seen in my life and he will look up things that can help even if it isn't used. My rabbits had a illness and what is normally the cure did not work and he spent his own time looking up new meds possible that can work. In my mind he saved their lives and they are hopping and happier then ever. If you have a animal that isn't just a dog or a cat and the vets near here aren't able to treat it because it isn't in their reach come here and this might be a good chance for you to find one that can help to the best of their understanding. They will never give up on your pets no matter the problem and share the same love for animals we all do.

HIGHLY UPSET with this vet office. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Beloved pet DIED within hours of bringing here due to GROSSLY misdiagnosing her. (I knew EXACTLY what was wrong and vet wouldn't listen to me - just scratched his head.) When I brought her in I told the vet exactly what I thought was wrong with her. Vet adamantly disagreed. I tried to show him video to PROVE how she was and he wouldn't even look at the video and wouldn't listen to me. I asked that the head vet Dr Fitzgerald call me and 1 week later my request was ignored. My cat died of EXACTLY what I thought was wrong with her. I only brought her here because my vet had to close early at 4:00pm unexpectedly. The very next morning I took her to my vet as soon as they opened they AGREED FULLY with me and AGREED that this vet was negligent. I am FURIOUS and UPSET. Billed me $70 - NO TESTS, NOTHING and didn't even have the courtesy to refund me! Vet just scratched his head - so WHAT exactly was I billed $70.00 for???? Appt was well before they closed and they did NOTHING to help her. Unethical. FURIOUS. Any good head vet should have returned my calls and IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED ME if my pet died due to their negligence!!! THEY DID NOT PROVIDE A SERVICE - THEY NEED TO RETURN MY MONEY!

They were wonderful! I was visiting my sister in Atlanta when my dog became very sick. We called and they took us the same day. My dog was treated with the best care, and the vet provided me with estimates of cost along the way so there were no surprises. Everyone was so kind to me and my puppy. It was a stressful time and everyone was incredibly helpful and kind.

The people who greet you and assist with making appointments at this location are nice. They are pleasant to interact with, however, I will not return to this location ever again to bring my feline for any issues, period. Or any animal, for that matter.

Every single time I would pick my cat up, some employee would consistently remind me that my cat "had an attitude problem". It's a cat. It has no idea why it is going to the location it is at, nor has any interactions with people who work there. So obviously, the animal is not going to react well to strangers poking and or touching it. It's real simple to understand. You don't need to constantly tell the owner of my animal that it is scared, mean, or not nice because it DOESN'T COMPREHEND WHY IT IS THERE.

Even the doctor himself told me that. Total crap. I don't get to tell people at my place of business that their vehicles suck because they are old and break. Not only have you lost my families business, I will not recommend nor speak highly of your establishment to any people I run across looking for competent animal care.
