I have shopped at this location for a couple of years now and have never really had a problem selling or buying here before like I have at other locations. This store is always very organized and the ladies who work here always have been very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I probably won't be coming back to this location because of 1 certain employee who I actual stopped going to the Roswell location for. The girl with all the tattoos is beyond disrespectful and rude, might I mention lazy! She is always eating or on her phone instead of working. Every time I go shop for my son i'm hoping she won't be there to avoid her attitude and sass. I see that i'm not the only one thinking it's inappropriate to hire a girl with tattoos all over her arms AND FACE for a kids store. I'm not one to go with stereotypes judging people on the ways they look or dress but on the way they show respect and for this girl everything said about her in the previous reviews are 100% true. I have even witnessed her arguing with a customer at the top of her lungs yelling at her as if they were about to fight. I don't know what the argument was about it was totally inappropriate. Sad to leave a bad review on such a great store based on 1 person.

Very inexpensive products make affordable to most people, considering that they also pay money to thouse who want to "donate", in reward of appreciation they get BAD feedback is NOT fear.

I only gave two stars because I find good buys here but after today I'm never coming back. The staff is very rude and let's just say if you're not Latino/Hispanic expect half ass service. I've been told my clothes I've tried to sell had stains which made them unsellable (but honestly I would never sell stained clothes) but I've encountered NUMEROUS items in that store with obvious staining you could spot a mile away. Plus today I overhead(understatement cause they were talking very loud) the staff bad mouthing a manager about not giving someone a day off! Can we say unprofessional. I rather just take my business elsewhere.

Just left this location. I swear I've never meet such rude people in my life. I sold to this location came to pick up my buy and the lady with the tattoos all down her arm ( which in my opinion is not appropriate for a kid store) was so rude. She gave me my itiems and told me how much I was getting. She didn't even tell me why she passed on them. She acted like she didn't even want to talk to me. When I asked why the other chick with the gray shirt why she passed on them she just glanced at the box and said .. stain, wear and out of style that's it !! If it wasn't because of my moving fees I would have not accepted the buy because of their terrible customer service . I see all these reviews and all of them are true . These girls are only there to get paid .. they do not have compassion for their customers. also their store was very empty no clothing to shop .. would rather go to another location never again will I return.

This location is not good at all .. came here to sell some clothing the price was not ideal .. I've sold to other ouac's and gotten way more I asked why she passed on each of my items she had to add 1shirt because she couldn't find a reason why she passed on itmy cloning were folded nicely but when I got them back they were not in the same condition. When she asked me did I want to accept I told her no and she didn't even say anything just wrote something down and walked away She and her coworker were also not as friendly as the other location .. will not return .

Terrible customer service at times. I will only go back if the young lady with the curly hair is present. She seems to be the only one there with any common courtesy and customer service skills. The reviews are correct, just try selling. I haven't been back since.

I don't understand why this location is still open. All these bad reviews about bad customer service and still nothing has changed. I will rather give clothes away for free then be given $1 for a $40 dress amd they sale it for half that.

They had a buy 2 get 1 free sale going on a little while back. So I bought several sets of 3s. I laid my sets out into 3s so I could buy 2 $5 items and get the 3rd free and so on and so forth. I told the lady who turned out to be the owner that I had them set into sets of 3 in order to get the 3rd one free. I didn't want to buy 2 $5 items and get a $2 item free. Well I bought so much stuff and ended up running back to grab a couple more items and she continued to ring me up so when I left and got to looking at my receipt that night I seen she had over charged me by $20 without tax because she gave me the cheaper sets free instead of ringing my stuff the way I laid it out. So the next morning I called back and she wasn't there, but the employee called her and she "apologized for the inconvenience, but she wouldn't refund me what she overcharged me either I could return the items and get my money back or just take the loss". If it wasn't for the fact that I really liked the clothes and don't have a store in my area I would have return the $100 worth of stuff I purchased from them. The owner needs to learn some Customer service skills and value her customers instead of stealing money this way.

Found great things here. A friend told me about this place during my 1st pregnancy, back in 2012. They have a great selection of lightly used baby items. I only bought clothing and shoes but saw many nice toys, high chairs, strollers, etc. They also purchase gently used items. There were some great brand names available too for pennies on the dollar. I didn't give them 5 stars because the customer service is not that great. I witnessed the manager being very difficult a few times with customers, especially those trying to sell items. The process didn't seem seamless. But, if you're going in to buy and don't need much assistance you'll find some great deals here.

Uneducated staff! Horrible customer service with employees and so called management! Do not waste your time going to this used thrift store! You will get treated better and get better offers from having your own yard sales and other thrift stores. DONT waste your time and gas going to this place. I heard there was better places right down the road from them. Not sure of the names but I will be checking them out. Just giving people a heads up about this place. Letting everyone know in my community!
