We have been clients of Four Paws for many years now and cannot express how much we appreciate them, their vet knowledge and their professional and friendly staff. We have and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary services. ❤️

Amazing staff and veterinarians. They really care and were very sympathetic on a terrible day when we had to put our dog to sleep. We even received a sympathy card that the entire staff had signed and offered condolences. Highly recommended!

Our senior dog was starting to lose control of her hind legs, stumbling and falling, and lost ability to go up stairs. Dr. Tharp recommended trying laser treatments to see if it would help her. The results were nothing short of miraculous! After only a few txs she is able to get around so much better, and back to going up and down stairs with ease. Thanks to Dr. Tharp and her terrific staff for giving our sweet girl back her mobility and quality of life!

Four Paws is awesome! When you come back in they are excited to meet your pet and treat them like their own. They have great customer service, nice and clean facility, and very competitive prices. There is no forced sales here, they just want to educate you and are looking out for your pets safety and health. They have my highest recommendations.

Dr. Tharpe and Dr. Cho are amazing and take very good care of my two Papillons one of which needs special care. The office is bright and clean and the staff is helpful and always pleasant. A special thanks to the practice manager Tom who goes above and beyond to help me with my special dogs. I am so thankful for you all.

I have used Four Paws for several years now with an aging sweet kitty. When she got sick, they referred me to Blue Pearl for surgery/treatment and they have also been great. But, those on staff at Four Paws are so sweet and compassionate for the animal and the parent! When I needed urgent care they were able to work me in and now that we need more special care as my kitty is on chemo and not in the best of moods, the staff has made every effort to make her as comfortable as possible with the least amount of stress. Sierra, Michelle, and Mel, along with both of the doctors, have been great! They have made what would have been a very stressful time for me much better due to their extra care and concern. I am over the top grateful for their extra efforts! They are the best!

We've been taking our cats to Four Paws Animal Hospital for about five years and we love Dr. Tharp, Dr. Cho, and all the techs & staff!! We took one very sick cat to them and found out he was diabetic and suffering from complications. Dr. Tharp was excellent with keeping us updated on his progress and helped us get him to a critical care facility when his condition worsened suddenly and he needed to go to kitty ICU :( Dr. Tharp and Dr. Cho were instrumental in helping us learn the home treatments he needed to get back to his normal mischievous self. The vet techs are so gentle with the animals, and the front desk staff always greet me like family. This is a wonderful place to get veterinary care for your fuzzy friends!

Our family has used Four Paws for 6+ years now for our dog and two cats. Drs. Tharp and Cho are so accommodating and well respected by the community. We have had pet emergencies where Dr. Tharp and her staff have been available to us, explained issues to us and addressed our pets' needs in a efficient, caring and friendly way without having a crazy high bill. The practice is friendly, super clean and has great hours. Dr. Tharp is also excellent with reptiles and our pet snake.

The practice has a treasure in Dr. Cho, but Dr. Tharp doesn't seem to know what she is doing when running a business. Half of the staff complains about her, claiming that they want to work elsewhere. Not to mention that they are always shorthanded because no one can tolerate Tharp, as she will arbitrarily fire employees and not bother hiring anyone else, putting more strain on her workers than necessary. It took her far longer than necessary to replace a bathtub that posed a danger to the dogs being bathed in it (it still wasn't replaced, just fitted with a ramp). There is mold in the downstairs room that no one has bothered having cleaned. She fired a kennel technician for being sick for a day and a half, and yet a veterinary technician gives the excuse that she must be off because it was "going to be busy" during a holiday week and is given the day off.

Dr. Tharp seems kind to animals, but is terrible when it comes to her fellow human being, and seems shallow when it comes to actually understanding people.

Go ahead and bring your animal in for an operation, or maybe even to board, if you are okay with them being a little bit uncomfortable. But NEVER, EVER apply to work there. It is a petty, immature sesspool, and you'd be better off anywhere else.

Wonderful friendly front desk staff who knew my dogs by name. Unfortunately Dr. Tharpe has very inflexible policies and refused to let me pick up my dogs from grooming when I forgot my wallet. After being a reliable client for over five years who always paid, had credit card info on file with them for their pet care plan, and never missed an appointment, she refused to discuss options with me despite knowing I had a work commitment in half an hour and no other window to pick them up. She was very callous and insensitive in her response and would not allow me to call back with a card number in 30 minutes. I had to make a round trip home (over an hour), cancel my work call, and sit in rush hour traffic before she would release my dogs. Her only offer of compromise was to board them overnight. I am stunned at the complete disregard for the five years that I have been a stellar customer. Very very disappointing for a service provider and makes me wonder how viable they are financially to have to enforce a policy that doesn't allow a thirty minute payment delay.
